Description
自動車ランプにおけるLED光源の応用には、ロービーム及びハイビーム機能、日昼走行ライト、方向指示器及びリヤコンビネーションライトが含まれる。スタイリング柔軟性(styling flexibility)を最大に利用するために、自動車用LEDソルーションがしばしば、各プラットフォームで個々に開発されており、製品を照明器具に複雑に一体化することを導いている。LEDモジュールを使用することによって、LED光源の単純でコスト効率的な一体化が可能になる。LED機能に加えて、これらのモジュールは、LEDが取り付けられる、例えば照明器具等のデバイスの熱的及び光学的部品が整合すべき基準点及びインターフェイスをもたらす。
Claims (9)
- キャリア上に取り付けられた1個又は数個の発光ダイオードを備えたLEDモジュール、ヒートシンク又はヒートスプレッダー、及び前記キャリアと前記ヒートシンク又はヒートスプレッダーとの間にある熱的インターフェイスを少なくとも含む柔軟設計のLEDデバイスを提供する方法であって:
前記1個又は数個の発光ダイオード及び前記キャリアを提供するステップと;
当該LEDデバイスの設計の光学的基準に従って前記キャリア及び前記1個又は数個の発光ダイオードを整合させるステップと;
前記LEDデバイスの設計に従った形態で前記ヒートシンク又はヒートスプレッダーを提供するステップと;
当該LEDデバイスの設計に従って前記ヒートシンク又はヒートスプレッダーを整合させるステップであり、前記ヒートシンク又はヒートスプレッダーは前記LEDモジュールの位置及び方向から独立に調整されるステップと;
組立中は延伸性であり組立後は位置及び形状を維持する、熱伝導性材料の部材の形態で前記熱的インターフェイスを提供するステップと;
前記熱的インターフェイスの手段により、前記キャリア及び前記ヒートシンク又はヒートスプレッダーを組み立てるステップと;
を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であり、前記部材が、当該LEDデバイスの組立後に硬くなり或いは硬くされる材料で形成されている、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であり、前記部材が、固体フォーム又は固体バルク材料で形成されている、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であり、前記部材が、柔軟性金属で形成されている、方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法であり、前記部材が、スプリング状形状を有する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であり、前記部材が、金属メッシュで形成されている、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であり、前記ヒートシンク又はヒートスプレッダーが、コンパクト固体材料で形成されている、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であり、さらに、
光学システムを提供するステップと;
前記光学システムを、前記1個又は数個の発光ダイオード又は前記キャリアと整合して一体化するステップと;
を含む方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法であり、前記光学システムが1個又は数個の反射器を含む、方法。
