所定同額金種の貨幣を収納する同額金種収納庫と、
貨幣を一時的に収納する一時収納庫と、
前記同額金種収納庫に収納されている所定同額金種の総枚数に対する所定同額金種の出金対象外枚数の比率である存在率を設定存在率として予め設定して記憶する記憶部と、
釣銭に前記設定存在率が設定されている同額金種を用いる場合、該同額金種の現在の存在率が前記設定存在率未満である場合には出金対象外の同額金種を前記一時収納庫に一時的に収納して払い出さず、該同額金種の現在の存在率が前記設定存在率以上である場合には出金対象外の同額金種を含めて払い出し、前記現在の存在率を更新する制御を行う払出制御部と、
