前記前縁と前記後縁の間及び前記根元と前記先端の間に延びる負圧側壁(50)と、
当該タービン翼形部によって定められ、前記根元から前記先端まで半径方向に延びて、当該タービン翼形部を通して半径方向に冷却空気を送る複数の非円形冷却チャンネル(60)と、
当該タービン翼形部によって定められ、前記根元から前記先端まで半径方向に延びて、当該タービン翼形部を通して半径方向に冷却空気を送る複数の円形冷却チャンネル(62)であって、前記複数の非円形冷却チャンネル(60)のすべてが、前記前縁と該複数の円形冷却チャンネル(62)との間に配置されている、複数の円形冷却チャンネル(62)と、
当該タービン翼形部によって定められた複数の排気孔(70)であって、該複数の排気孔の各々が、前記複数の非円形冷却チャンネルの1つと前記負圧側壁との間に延びて前記複数の非円形冷却チャンネルと当該タービン翼形部の外部領域とを流体結合しており、該複数の排気孔の各々が前記根元と前記先端との間に半径方向に配置されている、複数の排気孔(70)と
を備える、タービン翼形部(40)。 - 前記複数の非円形冷却チャンネル(60)の各々が、前記先端(46)に形成された出口孔(56)に冷却空気を送る、請求項1に記載のタービン翼形部(40)。
- 前記複数の非円形冷却チャンネルの少なくとも1つが、その全長に沿って非円形の幾何形状を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタービン翼形部(40)。
- 前記複数の排気孔の少なくとも1つが排気孔入口(72)と排気孔出口(74)とを含み、該排気孔は、前記排気孔入口の前記先端への近接性に比べて前記排気孔出口の方が前記先端により近接して配置されるように角度が付けられる、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のタービン翼形部(40)。
- 前記複数の排気孔の少なくとも1つが排気孔入口(72)と排気孔出口(74)とを含み、該排気孔は、前記排気孔出口の前記先端への近接性に比べて前記排気孔入口の方が前記先端により近接して配置されるように角度が付けられる、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のタービン翼形部(40)。
- 前記複数の排気孔の少なくとも1つが、前記根元よりも前記先端により近接した位置にある、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のタービン翼形部(40)。
- 前記複数の非円形冷却チャンネルの各々が、前記先端(46)に形成された出口孔(56)に冷却空気を送る、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のタービン翼形部(40)。
- 前記複数の非円形冷却チャンネルの少なくとも1つが、成形管電解加工により形成される、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のタービン翼形部(40)。
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)であって、
圧縮機セクション(12)と、
燃焼器セクション(14)と、
請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のタービン翼形部(40)を含むタービンセクション(24)と
