- ドレナージアセンブリであって、
陰圧を生成するように構成される吸引装置と、
患者の体内に挿入するように構成される第1の内腔体と、
前記吸引装置に流体結合する第2の内腔体と、
前記第2の内腔体と連通されるバルブチューブと、
前記バルブチューブに流体結合するバルブアセンブリであって、前記バルブアセンブリは前記吸引装置に一体化されるとともにさらに少なくとも第1のバルブを含み、前記第1のバルブは前記吸引装置によって生成された前記陰圧が前記第2の内腔体内で維持される閉鎖構成を有し、前記第1のバルブはさらに、前記陰圧が周囲から前記第2の内腔体を通じて空気を引き込む開口構成も有する、バルブアセンブリ、
前記バルブアセンブリと連通するコントローラであって、前記コントローラは、定期的に固定時間間隔で自動で前記第1のバルブを作動して、前記開口構成にするようにプログラムされるコントローラ、
を備える、ドレナージアセンブリ。 - 内腔体は胸腔チューブを備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の内腔体はドレナージチューブを備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の内腔体と流体連通するドレナージ容器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、前記バルブアセンブリはさらに、第2のバルブを備え、前記第2のバルブは前記第1の内腔体から前記第2の内腔体への流れを防ぐ閉鎖構成を有し、前記第2のバルブはさらに、前記第1の内腔体で前記陰圧が維持される開口構成を有する、アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のバルブが開口構成で作動されるとき、第2のバルブは閉鎖構成で作動可能である、請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1のバルブは手動でも作動可能である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記コントローラは、圧力センサによって検出される圧力を継続してモニタするようにプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1のバルブを閉鎖構成に断続的に作動させるようにプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の内腔体内に配置可能な、1または複数の拡張可能なバルーンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記1または複数の拡張可能なバルーンは、約10psiから約400psiまで膨張される、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記1または複数の拡張可能なバルーンの第1の部分は、前記バルーンの残りの部分に比べて、さらに弾性である、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項10に記載のアセンブリであって、前記1または複数の拡張可能なバルーンは、連続して前記患者から離れて膨張するように構成され、凝固または詰まりが前記患者の体から離れて移動するように促す、アセンブリ。
- 前記1または複数の膨張可能なバルーンは、らせん状に、またはねじれ動作で膨張するように構成される、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記1または複数の拡張可能なバルーンは、膨張および収縮を繰り返すように構成される、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
