Description

The present invention relates to make-up cosmetics.

Conventionally, in make-up cosmetics such as eye shadows, bright pigments having pearl luster such as mica titanium and titanium oxide-coated glass flakes have been used in order to obtain a uniform gloss and high transparency of the coating film. However, in order for the bright pigment to exert a sufficient effect, a large particle size is required to some extent, but there is a problem that a large particle size causes an unnatural feeling when applied on the skin.

On the other hand, there is known a technique of blending spherical powder into a make-up cosmetic in order to smooth the feel at the time of application (for example, Patent Document 1). Although a smooth coating feel can be obtained to some extent by such a technique, there is a problem that the impact resistance is inferior.

Further, a technique of blending a plate-like powder having a large aspect ratio into a make-up cosmetic in order to smooth the feel at the time of application is also known (for example, Patent Document 2), but even if this technique is used, There was a problem that it was insufficient to obtain a high degree of transparency.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2006-282510

As described above, conventionally, it has been very difficult to achieve both a high transparency of the coating film and a smooth feel during coating.
