Claims (22)
- エアロゾル送達デバイスであって、
少なくとも1つの収容部と、前記少なくとも1つの収容部内に含まれる、
前記少なくとも1つの収容部の少なくとも一部分を通る検出された空気の流れに基づいて、前記エアロゾル送達デバイスの少なくとも1つの機能的要素の動作を制御するように構成された、制御構成要素と、
前記制御構成要素に連結され、無線通信を可能にするように構成された、通信インターフェースであって、前記通信インターフェースが、アンテナを含み、前記少なくとも1つの収容部及びアンテナの両方が、電気的に共振し、ダイポールアンテナを形成する様式でしっかりと連結され、前記アンテナによって生成される電磁放射線の電場が、前記アンテナから前記少なくとも1つの収容部の内壁に連結され、前記内壁は、次に、前記電場を放射するように駆動されて、それによってダイポール効果を生成する、通信インターフェースと、を備える、エアロゾル送達デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの収容部が、金属または合金から形成され、実質的に管形状である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの収容部と、制御構成要素と、通信インターフェースとを含む制御体を備え、
前記制御体と一体であるか、またはそれに連結可能であり、前記制御体の前記少なくとも1つの収容部の少なくとも一部分を通る前記空気の流れに応答して、前記制御構成要素の制御下でエアロゾル前駆体組成物の成分を作動及び気化させるように構成された加熱要素を備える、カートリッジであって、前記空気が、それによって形成された蒸気と結合可能であり、エアロゾルを形成する、カートリッジをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。 - 連結されるときに、前記制御体及びカートリッジが、無線通信のための所望の周波数帯内の概ね全波長である合わせた長さを有する、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記合わせた長さが、前記所望の周波数帯の中心において概ね全波長である、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記アンテナが、前記制御構成要素の印刷回路基板に搭載されたチップアンテナである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記アンテナが、半波長または四分の一波長アンテナである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記アンテナが、前記少なくとも1つの収容部の長手方向の長さに沿って、その対向する長手方向端部の間に延在するワイヤアンテナである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記アンテナが、前記少なくとも1つの収容部の長手方向の長さに沿って、その対向する長手方向端部の間に延在するフレキシブル回路アンテナである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記フレキシブル回路アンテナが、それに固定されたストリップラインフィード及びアンテナ要素を有する基材を備え、前記ストリップラインフィードが、その対向する長手方向端部において前記制御構成要素及びアンテナ要素に連結される、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記アンテナが、前記制御構成要素の印刷回路基板上に導電性トレースとして実装されるメアンダラインアンテナである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- エアロゾル送達デバイスを組み立てるための方法であって、
通信インターフェースを制御構成要素に連結することであって、前記制御構成要素が、少なくとも1つの収容部の少なくとも一部分を通る検出された空気の流れに基づいて、前記エアロゾル送達デバイスの少なくとも1つの機能的要素の動作を制御するように構成され、前記通信インターフェースが、無線通信を可能にするように構成される、連結することと、
前記制御構成要素及び通信インターフェースを前記少なくとも1つの収容部内に配置することであって、前記通信インターフェースが、アンテナを含み、前記少なくとも1つの収容部及びアンテナの両方が、電気的に共振し、ダイポールアンテナを形成する様式でしっかりと連結され、前記アンテナによって生成される電磁放射線の電場が、前記アンテナから前記少なくとも1つの収容部の内壁に連結され、前記内壁は、次に、前記電場を放射するように駆動されて、それによってダイポール効果を生成する、配置することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記制御構成要素及び通信インターフェースを配置することが、前記制御構成要素及び通信インターフェースを、金属または合金から形成され、実質的に管形状である前記少なくとも1つの収容部内に配置することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。

前記制御体が、前記制御体の前記少なくとも1つの収容部の少なくとも一部分を通る前記空気の流れに応答して、前記制御構成要素の制御下でエアロゾル前駆体組成物の成分を作動及び気化させるように構成された加熱要素を備えるカートリッジと、一体であるか、またはそれに連結可能であり、前記空気が、それによって形成された蒸気と結合可能であり、エアロゾルを形成する、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 連結されるときに、前記制御体及びカートリッジが、無線通信のための所望の周波数帯内の概ね全波長である合わせた長さを有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記合わせた長さが、前記所望の周波数帯の中心において概ね全波長である、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナが、チップアンテナであり、前記通信インターフェースを前記制御構成要素に連結することが、前記チップアンテナを前記制御構成要素の印刷回路基板に搭載することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナが、半波長または四分の一波長アンテナであり、前記通信インターフェースを前記制御構成要素に連結することが、前記半波長または四分の一波長アンテナを前記制御構成要素に連結することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナが、ワイヤアンテナであり、前記通信インターフェースを前記制御構成要素に連結することが、前記ワイヤアンテナを前記制御構成要素に連結することを含み、
前記制御構成要素及び通信インターフェースが前記少なくとも1つの収容部内に配置されるときに、前記ワイヤアンテナが、前記少なくとも1つの収容部の長手方向の長さに沿って、その対向する長手方向端部の間に延在する、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記アンテナが、フレキシブル回路アンテナであり、前記通信インターフェースを前記制御構成要素に連結することが、前記フレキシブル回路アンテナを前記制御構成要素に連結することを含み、
前記制御構成要素及び通信インターフェースが前記少なくとも1つの収容部内に配置されるときに、前記フレキシブル回路アンテナが、前記少なくとも1つの収容部の長手方向の長さに沿って、その対向する長手方向端部の間に延在する、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記フレキシブル回路アンテナが、それに固定されたストリップラインフィード及びアンテナ要素を有する基材を備え、
