Description
Claims (15)
- 交通参加者の注意度を改善する方法であって、
−前記交通参加者が遭遇する交通シーンに関する情報を取得するステップ(S1)と、
−交通状況の展開(交通状況展開)を予測するステップ(S2)と、
−前記予測された交通状況展開における少なくとも一つの将来の危険(将来リスク)の程度を特定するステップ(S5)と、
−前記交通参加者とのコミュニケーションを開始するステップ(S8)と、
を有し、
前記コミュニケーションは、
前記特定された将来リスクに関するいくつかの情報を提供することにより前記交通参加者に通知を行う第1のステップ(S9)と、
前記通知に対する前記交通参加者の反応に応じて追加情報を提供する第2のステップ(S12)とを含むものであり、
前記通知に対する前記交通参加者の反応を前記交通参加者のまばたきの頻度、瞳孔拡張、視線、又は表情から分析し、当該分析により前記交通参加者が追加情報を欲していると判断された場合に、前記追加情報を提供する
方法。 - 前記交通参加者のリスク認識度が特定され(S6)、
前記リスク認識度と将来リスクの程度との組み合わせが所定の条件を満たしたときにのみ前記コミュニケーションが開始される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも一つの交通参加者のセンサにより前記交通参加者が感知され(S3)、
交通参加者のモデル及びセンサデータに基づいて、前記リスク認識度が推定された前記交通参加者の状態についての推定が行われる(S4)、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記予測された交通状況展開において複数の将来リスクが特定され(S5)、
当該特定された将来リスクのそれぞれについて専用の交通参加者の状況認識度が特定される(S6)、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記将来リスクは、それぞれの将来リスクに割り当てられた優先度値にしたがってランク付けされる(S7)、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記優先度値は、それに関連付けられた将来リスクの時間的な発生態様に基づいて設定される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記優先度値は、それに関連付けられた将来リスクの深刻さの程度に基づいて設定される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項5又は6に記載の方法。 - 将来リスクに関する前記コミュニケーションは、所定の条件が満たされ、より高い優先度値を持つ他の将来リスクが存在しないときにのみ開始される(S8)、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項5ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - コミュニケーションの開始のタイミングは、前記特定された将来リスクの性質に応じて設定される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記コミュニケーションの態様は、音響、視覚、触覚、及び音声による入力及び又は出力のうちの少なくとも2つの組み合わせである、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記コミュニケーションでは、前記将来リスクの位置、軌道、識別、緊急度、発生可能性、及びレベル、の少なくとも一つについての情報が前記交通参加者に提供される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 交通法規の違反が将来リスクとして特定される、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 交通参加者の注意度を向上させるシステムであって、
交通状況展開を予測する予測手段(3)と、
前記予測された交通展開における少なくとも一つの将来リスクの程度を特定する将来リスク特定手段(9)と、
交通参加者の通知を制御し、
前記通知に対する前記交通参加者の反応を前記交通参加者のまばたきの頻度、瞳孔拡張、視線、又は表情から分析し、当該分析により前記交通参加者が追加情報を欲していると判断された場合に、前記追加情報を提供するコミュニケーション制御手段(10)と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記交通参加者を感知するセンシング手段(7)を備える、
ことを特徴とする、
請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムと前記交通参加者との間のコミュニケーションのためのコミュニケーション手段(11)を備え、当該コミュニケーション手段は、スピーカ、マイクロホン、ディスプレイ、ヘッドアップディスプレイ、振動要素、ランプ、又はランプアレイ、の少なくとも一つを備える、
ことを特徴とする、
