Claims (5)
- モータと、
前記モータの駆動により往復動するようスコッチヨーク機構のディスプレーサ駆動軸を
介して前記モータに連結されているディスプレーサと、
前記ディスプレーサを収容し、前記ディスプレーサとの間にガス膨張室を形成する膨張
機気密容器であって、圧縮機吸入口に連通される低圧ガス室を備える膨張機気密容器と、
バルブ回転軸に垂直なステータ平面と、前記ステータ平面に開口し圧縮機吐出口に連通
される高圧ガス流入口と、前記ステータ平面に開口し前記ガス膨張室に連通されるステー
タ凹部と、を備え、前記低圧ガス室に配設されるバルブステータと、
前記バルブ回転軸に垂直であり前記ステータ平面に面接触するロータ平面と、前記ロー
タ平面に開口し前記高圧ガス流入口に連通されるロータ凹部と、前記ロータ平面に開口し
前記ロータ凹部へと延びる第1ロータ連通路と、を備え、前記バルブステータに対し前記
バルブ回転軸まわりに回転するよう前記低圧ガス室に配設されるバルブロータと、を備え
、
前記ロータ凹部は、バルブ回転の第2位相で前記ロータ凹部が前記ステータ凹部と第1
開度で流体的に連絡されかつ前記第2位相に後続するバルブ回転の第3位相で前記ロータ
凹部が前記ステータ凹部から流体的に隔離されるよう前記バルブロータに形成され、
前記第1ロータ連通路は、前記第2位相に先行するバルブ回転の第1位相で前記ロータ
凹部が前記ステータ凹部と前記第1開度より小さい開度で流体的に連絡されるよう前記バ
ルブロータに形成されていることを特徴とするGM冷凍機。 - 前記ステータ凹部は、前記ステータ平面上にステータ凹部輪郭を定め、
前記第1ロータ連通路は、前記ロータ平面に開口する第1始端を有し前記第1始端から
前記ロータ凹部まで前記ロータ平面上に形成されている第1連通溝を備え、前記第1始端
は、前記第1位相で前記ステータ凹部輪郭を通過するよう前記ロータ平面上に位置するこ
とを特徴とする請求項1に記載のGM冷凍機。 - 前記第1位相と前記第2位相の位相差は、3度より大きく30度より小さいことを特徴
とする請求項1または2に記載のGM冷凍機。 - 前記バルブロータは、前記ロータ平面に開口し前記低圧ガス室に連通される低圧ガス流
出口と、前記ロータ平面に開口し前記低圧ガス流出口へと延びる第2ロータ連通路と、を
備え、
前記低圧ガス流出口は、バルブ回転の第5位相で前記低圧ガス流出口が前記ステータ凹
部と第2開度で流体的に連絡されかつ前記第5位相に後続するバルブ回転の第6位相で前
記低圧ガス流出口が前記ステータ凹部から流体的に隔離されるよう前記バルブロータに形
成され、
前記第2ロータ連通路は、前記第3位相に後続し前記第5位相に先行するバルブ回転の
第4位相で前記低圧ガス流出口が前記ステータ凹部と前記第2開度より小さい開度で流体
的に連絡されるよう前記バルブロータに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3
のいずれかに記載のGM冷凍機。 - モータと、
前記モータの駆動により往復動するようスコッチヨーク機構のディスプレーサ駆動軸を
介して前記モータに連結されているディスプレーサと、
前記ディスプレーサを収容し、前記ディスプレーサとの間にガス膨張室を形成する膨張
機気密容器であって、圧縮機吸入口に連通される低圧ガス室を備える膨張機気密容器と、
バルブ回転軸に垂直なステータ平面と、前記ステータ平面に開口し圧縮機吐出口に連通
される高圧ガス流入口と、前記ステータ平面に開口し前記ガス膨張室に連通されるステー
タ凹部と、前記ステータ平面に開口し前記ステータ凹部へと延びるステータ連通路と、を
備え、前記低圧ガス室に配設されるバルブステータと、
前記バルブ回転軸に垂直であり前記ステータ平面に面接触するロータ平面と、前記ロー
タ平面に開口し前記高圧ガス流入口に連通されるロータ凹部と、を備え、前記バルブステ
ータに対し前記バルブ回転軸まわりに回転するよう前記低圧ガス室に配設されるバルブロ
ータと、を備え、
前記ロータ凹部は、バルブ回転の第2位相で前記ロータ凹部が前記ステータ凹部と第1
開度で流体的に連絡されるよう前記バルブロータに形成され、
前記ステータ連通路は、前記第2位相に先行するバルブ回転の第1位相で前記ロータ凹
部が前記ステータ凹部と前記第1開度より小さい開度で流体的に連絡されるよう前記バル
ブステータに形成されていることを特徴とするGM冷凍機。
