用意することにおいては、複数枚の翼と他端側側板として、複数枚の翼と他端側側板との一方が、複数枚の翼と他端側側板との他方と接合するための接合面(531、621)が形成された接合面形成部(522、62)と、接合面から突出した溶融用突出部(532、63)とを有するものを用意し、
接合することにおいては、溶融用突出部を溶かして、接合面と、複数枚の翼と他端側側板との他方のうち接合面に対向する対向面(611a、551a)とを接合することで、側板案内面のファン径方向の内側端部(604)を、案内面のファン径方向の外側端部(562b)よりも、軸方向の他方側に位置させる。
図1は、第1実施形態において送風機10の外観を表した斜視図である。また、図2は、ファン軸心CLを含む平面で切断した送風機10の軸方向断面図、すなわち、図1のII−II断面図である。図2の矢印DRaは、ファン軸心CLの軸方向DRaすなわちファン軸心方向DRaを示している。また、図2の矢印DRrは、ファン軸心CLの径方向DRrすなわちファン径方向DRrを示している。
本実施形態は、溶融用突出部の形成場所が第1実施形態と異なる。
本実施形態は、ファン本体部材50の構成が第1実施形態と異なる。図15に示すように、ファン本体部材50は、複数枚の翼52とシュラウドリング54と筒部58とを有している。複数枚の翼52とシュラウドリング54と筒部58とは、一体成形品として構成されている。
(1)第1実施形態では、翼溶融用突出部532は、翼52の幅方向の中央部に配置されていた。しかし、翼溶融用突出部532は、翼52の幅方向の端部側に配置されていてもよい。
上記各実施形態の一部または全部で示された第1の観点によれば、ターボファンの製造方法は、複数枚の翼と他端側側板とを用意することと、複数枚の翼のそれぞれと他端側側板とを溶着により接合することとを備える。用意することにおいては、複数枚の翼と他端側側板として、複数枚の翼と他端側側板との一方が、接合面が形成された接合面形成部と、溶融用突出部とを有するものを用意する。接合することにおいては、溶融用突出部を溶かして、接合面と、複数枚の翼と他端側側板との他方のうち接合面に対向する対向面とを接合する。

Claims (5)
- ファン軸心(CL)まわりに配置された複数枚の翼(52)と、
前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれにおける前記ファン軸心の軸方向の一方側に連なり、空気が吸い込まれる吸気孔(54a)が形成されたシュラウドリング(54)と、
前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれにおける前記ファン軸心の軸方向の他方側に連なる他端側側板(60)と、
前記他端側側板に対してファン径方向の内側に配置され、前記吸気孔から吸い込まれた空気流れを、前記ファン径方向の内側から外側に向けて案内する気流案内部(562)とを備え、
前記気流案内部は、前記気流案内部の前記軸方向の一方側に形成され、前記吸気孔から吸い込まれた空気流れを案内する案内面(562a)を有し、
前記他端側側板は、前記複数枚の翼の相互間に形成された翼間流路(52a)に面し、前記翼間流路を流れる空気流れを案内する側板案内面(603)を有する、送風機に適用されるターボファンの製造方法であって、
前記複数枚の翼と前記他端側側板とを用意することと、
前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれと前記他端側側板とを溶着により接合することとを備え、
前記用意することにおいては、前記複数枚の翼と、前記シュラウドリングと、前記気流案内部とが一体に成形された一体成形品(50)を用意するとともに、前記一体成形品とは別個に成形された前記他端側側板を用意し、
前記用意することにおいては、前記複数枚の翼と前記他端側側板として、前記複数枚の翼と前記他端側側板との一方が、前記複数枚の翼と前記他端側側板との他方と接合するための接合面(531、621)が形成された接合面形成部(522、62)と、前記接合面から突出した溶融用突出部(532、63)とを有するものを用意し、
前記接合することにおいては、前記溶融用突出部を溶かして、前記接合面と、前記複数枚の翼と前記他端側側板との前記他方のうち前記接合面に対向する対向面(611a、551a)とを接合することで、前記側板案内面の前記ファン径方向の内側端部(604)を、前記案内面の前記ファン径方向の外側端部(562b)よりも、前記軸方向の前記他方側に位置させる、ターボファンの製造方法。 - 前記用意することにおいては、前記接合面形成部としての翼接合面形成部(522)と、前記溶融用突出部としての翼溶融用突出部(532)とを有する前記複数枚の翼を用意し、
前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれの前記翼接合面形成部は、前記他端側側板と接合するための翼接合面(531)が形成されており、
前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれの前記翼溶融用突出部は、それぞれの前記翼接合面から突出しており、
前記接合することにおいては、それぞれの前記翼溶融用突出部を溶かして、ぞれぞれの前記翼接合面と、前記他端側側板のうちそれぞれの前記翼接合面に対向する前記対向面(611a)とを接合する請求項1に記載のターボファンの製造方法。 - 前記用意することにおいては、複数の凹部(61)を有する前記他端側側板を用意し、
前記複数の凹部は、前記他端側側板のうち前記複数枚の翼側に設けられているとともに、底面(611)と、当該底面の両側に位置する両側の側面(612、613)とを有し、
前記複数の凹部のそれぞれにおける前記両側の側面の間隔(W13)が、前記複数枚の翼のぞれぞれの前記翼接合面形成部の幅(W12)よりも広くなっており、
前記接合することにおいては、前記複数の凹部のそれぞれの内部に、前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれの前記翼接合面形成部が配置された状態で、それぞれの前記翼溶融用突出部を溶かして、それぞれの前記翼接合面と、前記対向面としての前記複数の凹部のそれぞれの前記底面の一部(611a)とを接合する請求項2に記載のターボファンの製造方法。 - 前記用意することにおいては、前記接合面形成部としての複数の側板接合面形成部(62)と、前記溶融用突出部としての複数の側板溶融用突出部(63)とを有する前記他端側側板を用意し、
前記複数の側板接合面形成部のそれぞれは、前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれと接合するための側板接合面(621)が形成されており、
前記複数の側板溶融用突出部のそれぞれは、前記複数の側板接合面形成部のそれぞれの前記側板接合面から突出しており、
前記接合することにおいては、前記複数の側板溶融用突出部のそれぞれを溶かして、それぞれの前記側板接合面と、前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれのうち前記側板接合面に対向する対向面(551a)とを接合する請求項1に記載のターボファンの製造方法。 - 前記複数の側板接合面形成部のそれぞれは、前記他端側側板のうち前記複数枚の翼が接合される側の表面(603)から突出しているとともに、前記複数の側板接合面形成部のそれぞれの頂部に前記側板接合面が形成されており、
前記用意することにおいては、凹部(55)を有する前記複数枚の翼を用意し、
前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれの前記凹部は、前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれのうち前記他端側側板と接合される側に設けられているとともに、底面(551)と、当該底面の両側に位置する両側の側面(552、553)とを有し、
前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれの前記両側の側面の間隔(W23)は、前記複数の側板接合面形成部のそれぞれの幅(W22)よりも広くなっており、
前記接合することにおいては、前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれの前記凹部の内部に、前記複数の側板接合面形成部のそれぞれが配置された状態で、前記複数の側板溶融用突出部のそれぞれを溶かして、前記複数の側板接合面形成部のそれぞれの前記側板接合面と、前記対向面としての前記複数枚の翼のそれぞれの前記凹部の前記底面の一部(551a)とを接合する請求項4に記載のターボファンの製造方法。
