[ねじ無し蝶番の組立]
上記構成のテンプル2、智4及び軸部材10は、以下の手順で組み立てることができる。
まず、スリーブ12の本体部12aに智4の嵌合部41を嵌め付ける。スリーブ12は樹脂などの弾性変形する材料で形成されているので、フランジ部12bの外周側から嵌合部41を押し当ててフランジ部12bを僅かに縮径させることで、智4の嵌合部41がフランジ部12bを乗り越えて本体部12aに外嵌される。
次に、智4を取り付けたスリーブ12の貫通孔12cにピン11の胴部11aを嵌め込み、軸部材10を組み立てる。
この後、ピン11の上下に形成された突起11b,11b間の係合凹部11cを、テンプル2の開口部23aの上下に嵌め込み、傾斜部23から平行部22へと軸部材10を押し込む。
以上の手順により、智4に対して軸部材10によってテンプル2を折り畳み自在に連結するねじ無し蝶番1の組み立てが完了する。

By the above procedure, the assembly of the screwless hinge 1 that foldably connects the temple 2 to the wisdom 4 by the shaft member 10 is completed.

また、上記構成の軸部材10においては、簡単に軸部材10と智4とを連結することができ、かつ、強固な連結を得ることができるという利点がある。

軸部材10は、テンプル2′の前端縁の前記開口から平行溝22′内に嵌め込まれるが、平行溝22′の上下の内縁には、図6に示した凹部2bが形成されえていて、この凹部2bに軸部材10のテーパ部12dが係合することで、軸部材10が平行溝22′内で固定される。
この実施形態のねじ無し蝶番1′は、凹部2bにテーパ部12dが係合するまで平行溝22′に軸部材10を押し込むだけでよく、組み立て容易であるという利点がある。

The screwless hinge 1'of this embodiment has an advantage that it is easy to assemble because it is only necessary to push the shaft member 10 into the parallel groove 22'until the tapered portion 12d engages with the recess 2b.
