Description
弾性押圧部14は、履帯回動方向の両側に弾性接地部7及び弾性介在層13と一体に設けられ且つ履板1の滑り止め突部3上に当接する履帯幅方向の第1押圧部15と、履帯幅方向の両側に弾性接地部7及び弾性介在層13と一体に設けられ且つ履板1の滑り止め突部3、溝部4の凹凸形状に沿って当接する履帯回動方向の第2押圧部16,17とを備え、その第1押圧部15と第2押圧部16,17とによって芯金8の外周側の全周で芯金8と履板1との間を封じるようになっている。

Claims (5)
- 金属製履帯の履板の接地面に対応して凹凸状に構成され且つ弾性接地部を支持する芯金と、前記履板を履帯幅方向の両側から締め付けて前記芯金を前記履板に取り付けるための一対の取り付け具とを備え、
前記一対の取り付け具の内、少なくとも一方の着脱式取り付け具は、前記弾性接地部内に埋入して前記芯金に固定されたナットと、前記着脱式取り付け具のボルト孔に挿通して前記ナットに螺合するボルトとにより前記芯金に固定するようにした金属製履帯用の弾性パッドにおいて、
前記芯金は前記ナットが配置される切り欠き部を備え、
前記ナットは、前記切り欠き部に対して前記履板と反対側から嵌め込んで配置され、且つ前記芯金の前記履板の滑り止め突部に対応して前記履板と反対側に突出する突出部の突出高さ以内に位置する
ことを特徴とする金属製履帯用の弾性パッド。 - 前記芯金は、前記履板の前記滑り止め突部間の溝部に対応して前記履板側へと湾曲し突出する複数の第1湾曲部と、隣り合う前記溝部間の前記滑り止め突部に対応して前記第1湾曲部と反対側へと湾曲し突出する第2湾曲部とを備え、
前記第1湾曲部に前記ナットを設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製履帯用の弾性パッド。 - 前記ナットは筒状であり、
前記ナットの少なくとも履帯回動方向の両側を溶接し、
前記ナットの履帯幅方向の内端側を閉塞した
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属製履帯用の弾性パッド。 - 前記第1湾曲部に前記切り欠き部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金属製履帯用の弾性パッド。 - 前記ナットの前記切り欠き部内における前記履板側の外周面は、前記芯金の前記履板側の端面と同一、又は前記芯金の前記履板側の端面よりも前記履板側に突出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の金属製履帯用の弾性パッド。
