Description

Claims (15)
- コンピュータ支援デバイスと共に使用するための切断器具であって、
当該切断器具の遠位端に配置されるエンドエフェクタであって、対向する把持ジョーと、切断ブレードとを含む、エンドエフェクタと、
1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットを含む駆動システムと、
該駆動システムに連結されるシャフトと、
前記エンドエフェクタを前記シャフトに連結する関節作動リストと、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットからの力又はトルクを前記エンドエフェクタ及び前記関節作動リストに結合するための前記シャフト内の1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動機構とを含み、
前記切断ブレードの伸長及び後退を含む切断動作を実行するために、当該切断器具は、
前記把持ジョーの間のジョー角を測定し、
前記関節作動リストの関節作動を測定し、
前記関節作動リストの前記関節作動に基づいて前記ジョー角を補正し、
該補正されるジョー角に基づいて切断長を決定し、且つ
該切断長に従って前記切断動作を実行する、
ように構成される
切断器具。 - 前記ジョー角は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットで測定される、請求項1に記載の切断器具。
- 前記関節作動リストの前記関節作動は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットで測定される、請求項1又は2に記載の切断器具。
- 前記切断長は、全長の切断長未満である、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断器具。
- 前記ジョー角を補正するために、当該切断器具は、補正モデルに基づいて前記測定されるジョー角を調整するように構成される、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断器具。
- 前記補正モデルは、線形である、請求項5に記載の切断器具。
- 前記関節作動リストの前記関節作動は、ピッチ角と、ヨー角とを含む、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断器具。
- 前記ジョー角を補正するために、当該切断器具は、前記ピッチ角の絶対値と比例して並びに前記ヨー角の絶対値と比例して前記測定されるジョー角を調整するように構成される、請求項7に記載の切断器具。
- 当該切断器具は、
前記補正されるジョー角に基づいて前記切断動作に対する制約を決定し、
該制約に従って前記切断動作を実行又は抑制する、
ように更に構成される、
請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断器具。 - 前記切断動作に対する前記制約は、前記補正されるジョー角がジョー角閾値よりも大きいときに、前記切断動作を抑制する、請求項9に記載の切断器具。
- 1つ又はそれよりも多くのプロセッサと、
関節作動アームと、
該関節作動アームの遠位端に連結される器具とを含む、
コンピュータ支援デバイスであって、
前記器具は、
前記器具の遠位端に配置されるエンドエフェクタであって、対向する把持ジョーと、切断ブレードとを含む、エンドエフェクタと、
前記器具の近位端に配置される1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットを含む駆動システムと、
該駆動システムに連結されるシャフトと、
該シャフトを前記エンドエフェクタに連結する関節作動リストと、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットからの力又はトルクを前記エンドエフェクタ及び前記関節作動リストに結合するための前記シャフト内の1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動機構とを含み、
当該コンピュータ支援デバイスは、
前記把持ジョーの間のジョー角を測定すること、
前記関節作動リストの関節作動を測定すること、
前記関節作動リストの前記関節作動に基づいて前記ジョー角を補正すること、
該補正されるジョー角に基づいて切断長を決定すること、及び
該切断長に従って前記切断ブレードの伸長及び後退を含む切断動作を実行すること
によって、前記切断ブレードを使用して、前記切断動作を実行するように構成される、
コンピュータ支援デバイス。 - 前記切断長は、全長の切断長未満である、請求項11に記載のコンピュータ支援デバイス。
- 前記関節作動リストの前記関節作動は、ピッチ角と、ヨー角とを含み、
前記ジョー角を補正するために、当該コンピュータ支援デバイスは、前記ピッチ角の絶対値と比例して並びに前記ヨー角の絶対値と比例して前記測定されるジョー角を調整するように構成される、
請求項11又は12に記載のコンピュータ支援デバイス。 - 前記ジョー角は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットで測定され、
前記関節作動リストの前記関節作動は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの駆動ユニットで測定される、
請求項11乃至13のうちのいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータ支援デバイス。 - 前記器具は、
前記補正されるジョー角に基づいて前記切断動作に対する制約を決定し、且つ
該制約に従って前記切断動作を実行又は抑制する、
ように更に構成される、
請求項11乃至14のうちのいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータ支援デバイス。
