Description
前記ノズルの先端に設けられた、積層された複数枚の網状板を含む積層体とを備え、
前記積層体は、前記網状板の少なくともいずれかの隣接相互間にて網目がずれた配置を有する部分を含む、面燃焼バーナ。
面燃焼バーナ1において、積層体4は、複数枚の網状板を少なくとも隣接相互間にて網目がずれた配置の下に重ね合わせた積層体を含むことが肝要である。この積層体の一例を図3に示す。燃焼部である積層体4は、図4に示す網状板40を複数枚で重ねた積層構造を有する。網状板40を複数枚で重ねるに際して、図3に示すように、網状板40の少なくとも隣接相互間にて網目がずれる配置の下に積層する必要がある。図3に示す積層体4は、2枚の網状板40を重ねて積層した事例であり、3枚以上の網状板40の積層である場合には少なくとも隣接相互間で図3に示すような網目のずれがあればよい。勿論、3枚以上の網状板40の全ての網目が相互にずれていてもよい。
次に、上記面燃焼バーナを備える複合バーナについて説明する。本発明の面燃焼バーナは、図10や図11に断面図を示すように、燃料ガスを吐出するノズル121と、燃焼用空気を吐出するノズル131と組み合わせて一体の複合バーナ100とすることができる。複合バーナ100では、ノズル121から吐出される燃料ガスを、ノズル131から吐出される燃焼用空気を用いて燃焼させることにより主炎が形成される。前記主炎を形成するためのノズル121およびノズル131を含む部分を主バーナという。一方、複合バーナ100に含まれる面燃焼バーナは、前記ノズル121から吐出される燃料ガスに着火するため、または前記主バーナで形成される主炎を助勢するために用いられる。したがって、ノズル121は主バーナ用燃料ガス吐出ノズルであり、ノズル131は主バーナ用燃焼用空気吐出ノズルである。

Claims (11)
- 燃料ガスおよび燃焼用空気を吐出するノズルと、
前記ノズルの先端に設けられた、4枚以上の網状板を積層した積層体とを備え、
前記積層体は、前記網状板の少なくともいずれかの隣接相互間にて網目がずれた配置を有する部分を含む、面燃焼バーナであって、-
前記積層体を構成する4枚以上の網状板のすべてが、エキスパンドメタルおよび金網の一方または両方からなり、
前記積層体が前記面燃焼バーナの表面に設けられており、前記積層体の表面で火炎が形成される面燃焼バーナ。 - 前記積層体をその積層方向に投影したときの、前記積層体の全体の面積に対する、前記積層体の開口部分の面積の比である前記積層体の開口率が8%以下である請求項1に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- 前記網状板の開口率が30%以上85%以下である請求項1または2に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- 前記積層体は、前記網状板の積層間隔が、積層された前記網状板の板厚中心間の距離で2mm以下である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- 前記網状板は、網の線径が0.2〜2mmである請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- 前記網状板の開口は、平均径が1〜5mmである請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- さらに、前記積層体の前記ノズル側に、金属繊維製編物を備える請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- さらに、前記積層体の前記ノズル側に耐熱材を備える請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- 前記耐熱材の厚さが3〜20mmである請求項8に記載の面燃焼バーナ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の面燃焼バーナと、燃料ガスを吐出するノズルと、燃焼用空気を吐出するノズルとを備える複合バーナ。
- 鉄鉱石原料を焼結させる焼結機用の点火装置であって、請求項10に記載の複合バーナを備える焼結機用点火装置。
