パラメータのそれぞれが共通値に向かって調整されるように、電気コンポーネントの劣化状態に基づいて電気コンポーネントそれぞれの制御戦略を決定するステップと、
決定した制御戦略に基づいて電気コンポーネントを制御するステップと、
を実行することを含む。
Claims (13)
- 複数のトラクション電圧システムのそれぞれが少なくとも1つの電気コンポーネントを含み、前記電気コンポーネントが各トラクション電圧システムにおいて同一の機能を有しており、
前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの劣化状態を経時的に監視及び記録するステップと、
前記電気コンポーネントの使用の妨げとなる将来の動作状態に関する所定のパラメータを前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれに対して予測するステップと、
を含む、前記複数のトラクション電圧システムを備える1台の車両(101)の前記電気コンポーネントを制御する方法であって、
前記パラメータのそれぞれが共通値に向かって調整されるように、前記電気コンポーネントの劣化状態に基づいて前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの制御戦略を決定するステップと、
決定した前記制御戦略に基づいて前記電気コンポーネントを制御するステップと、
を含み、
前記パラメータを前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれに対して予測するステップは、前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの劣化状態の現在時点の微分値に基づいて前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの予測残存動作時間を計算することを特徴とし、
前記制御戦略を決定するステップは、前記電気コンポーネントのうち少なくとも予測残存動作時間が最も短い電気コンポーネントにかかる負荷を低減する制御戦略を選択し、前記電気コンポーネントのうち少なくとも予測残存動作時間が最も長い電気コンポーネントにかかる負荷を増大する制御戦略を選択することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの劣化状態の現在時点の微分値を用いて前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの制御戦略を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 決定した前記制御戦略に基づいて前記2つ以上の電気コンポーネントを制御して、これら電気コンポーネントの前記予測残存動作時間を均一化することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記予測残存動作時間は、前記電気コンポーネントのうちいずれかが修理又は交換を必要とする機能的状態となるまでの残存時間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記予測残存動作時間は、前記電気コンポーネントの残存寿命であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントのそれぞれは、トラクション電池パック又はスーパーキャパシタであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントのそれぞれは、被駆動軸に接続されたトラクションモータであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントのそれぞれは、それぞれが被駆動軸の車輪に接続された一対のトラクション車輪モータを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントのそれぞれは、トラクション電圧を制御するためのパワーエレクトロニクスコンポーネントであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラムであって、プログラムがコンピュータで実行される場合に、車両のトラクション電圧システムの電気コンポーネントを制御するための請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかのステップを実行するためのプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラム。
- プログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラムを担持するコンピュータ可読媒体であって、プログラムがコンピュータで実行される場合に、車両のトラクション電圧システムの電気コンポーネントを制御するための請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかのステップを実行するためのプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラムを担持するコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 車両のトラクション電圧システムの電気コンポーネントを制御するための制御ユニットであって、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の方法のステップを実行するように構成されている、制御ユニット。
- 複数のトラクション電圧システムのそれぞれが少なくとも1つの電気コンポーネントを含み、前記電気コンポーネントが各トラクション電圧システムにおいて同一の機能を有しており、
制御ユニットが、
前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの劣化状態を経時的に監視及び記録するステップと、
前記電気コンポーネントの使用の妨げとなる将来の動作状態に関する所定のパラメータを前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれに対して予測するステップと、
を実行するように構成された、前記複数のトラクション電圧システムを備える1台の車両(101)であって、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記パラメータのそれぞれが共通値に向かって調整されるように、前記電気コンポーネントの劣化状態に基づいて前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの制御戦略を決定するステップと、
決定した前記制御戦略に基づいて前記電気コンポーネントを制御するステップと、
を更に実行するよう構成されており、
前記パラメータを前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれに対して予測するステップは、前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの劣化状態の現在時点の微分値に基づいて前記電気コンポーネントそれぞれの予測残存動作時間を計算することを特徴とし、
前記制御戦略を決定するステップは、前記電気コンポーネントのうち少なくとも予測残存動作時間が最も短い電気コンポーネントにかかる負荷を低減する制御戦略を選択し、前記電気コンポーネントのうち少なくとも予測残存動作時間が最も長い電気コンポーネントにかかる負荷を増大する制御戦略を選択することを特徴とする、車両。
