Description
Claims (5)
- その工具軸周りの回転運動で駆動される歯切りホブ加工工具を用いて歯車の歯をホブ加工するための歯切り盤であって、
前記歯切りホブ加工工具のための工具ホルダを含み、かつ搬送器(50、40)上に回転可能に取り付けられて、前記工具軸(Y)が望ましい角度位置に設定され得るようにする組立体(60)と、
作動デバイスであって、前記組立体が、前記工具軸(Y)の前記角度位置に従って、望ましい角度位置に設定され得る作動デバイスと、
固定デバイスであって、前記組立体が、設定された角度位置から外れないように固定され得るようにする固定デバイスとを備え、
前記作動デバイスは、
回転できない接続により前記組立体に結合される突き出しアーム(70)と、
非回転接続の反対側にある前記突き出しアームの端部と協働するカウンター軸受(82、80)と、
前記搬送器である、第1の垂直往復台(50)であって、
前記歯切り盤の標準の送込み運動における、角度設定位置である第1の動作位置における前記第1の垂直往復台の駆動により前記作動デバイスが作動し、
前記歯切り盤の標準の送込み運動における、加工位置である第2の動作位置における前記第1の垂直往復台の駆動により前記作動デバイスが作動しない、
第1の垂直往復台(50)と、
を備える歯切り盤。 - 前記協動は、転がり支持の形で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯切り盤。
- 前記第1の垂直往復台(50)は、第2の水平往復台(40)により支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯切り盤。
- 前記第1の動作位置と前記第2の動作位置との間の移行は、前記第1の垂直往復台(50)とカウンター軸受(82、80)との間の相対運動により行われることができ、前記相対運動は、前記第1の垂直往復台(50)を支持する第2の水平往復台の運動により行われ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯切り盤。
- 前記工具軸に対して設定され得る角度位置は、水平方向に対して少なくとも±45°の範囲を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯切り盤。
