Description
酸化カルシウム(CaO):55〜85重量%
二酸化ケイ素(SiO2):10〜40重量%
酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3):0〜15重量%
酸化鉄(Fe2O3):0〜10重量%
石膏:0〜20重量%
ポルトランドセメント粉末I、II及びIIIの配合を表1に示す。
各実施例及び比較例に用いた歯科用粉末の配合割合を表2に示す。
シリカ微粉末:(商品名 A200:日本アエロジル社製)平均粒径16nm
アルミナ微粉末:(商品名 AEROXIDE AluC:日本アエロジル社製)平均粒径13nm
表2に記載の粉液比となるように実施例及び比較例の歯科用粉末に水(蒸留水)を混ぜ、プラスチックヘラを用いて30秒間練和し、練和物の様子を目視及び触感にて確認し以下のように評価した。
練和可能であり均一のペーストとなる = ○
練和可能だが混合物が均一に纏まらない = △
液の粘性が高すぎて練和できない = ×
表2に記載の歯科用粉末を『練和性』と同様の方法で水と練和し、練和物をプラスチックヘラを用いて内径10mm、高さ2mmの型に填入した。充填時の操作性を以下のように評価した。
適度な粘性がありヘラに乗せやすく、充填時に練和物が割れない = ○
充填に問題はないが、粘性にやや難があった = △
ボソボソ感があり、練和物がヘラから割れ落ちてしまい充填しづらい = ×
表2に記載の歯科用粉末を『練和性』と同様の方法で水と練和し、練和物をプラスチックヘラを用いて30秒間練和し、練和物を用いて以下の方法で接着強さを測定した。牛抜去歯を唇面から#600耐水研磨紙にて研磨し、その上に外径7.9mm,内径4.2mmの金属管を乗せ、その中に上記練和物を充填することで被着面を面積規制した。練和物の硬化前に金属線のフックを挿入しその状態で練和物が硬化させた。室温で1時間静置後、37℃の蒸留水中に23時間浸漬した。その後水中から取り出し、クロスヘッドスピード1mm/min.で引張り試験を行った。
Claims (5)
- ポルトランドセメント粉末にリン酸化多糖が含有されてなることを特徴とする歯科用粉末。
- リン酸化多糖の配合割合が0.1〜20重量%である請求項1に記載の歯科用粉末。
- リン酸化多糖の配合割合が0.5〜10重量%である請求項1に記載の歯科用粉末。
- リン酸化多糖がリン酸化プルランである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- ポルトランドセメント粉末の組成が、
酸化カルシウム(CaO):55〜85重量%
二酸化ケイ素(SiO2):10〜40重量%
酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3):0〜15重量%
酸化鉄(Fe2O3):0〜10重量%
石膏:0〜20重量%
である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
