Claims (5)
- システムの回転速度の推定方法であって、
センサから振動データを受信し、
前記振動データから速度を推定して推定速度データを生成し、
前記推定速度データを適応的重み付けフィルタでフィルタリングして誤った速度推定を最小限にする、ことを備え、
前記適応的重み付けフィルタでの前記推定速度データのフィルタリングでは、適応ウェイトを有するカルマンフィルタで前記推定速度データをフィルタリングし、
適応ウェイトを有するカルマンフィルタでの前記推定速度データのフィルタリングでは、カルマンゲインK k を備えた前記カルマンフィルタで前記推定速度データをフィルタリングし、以下を満たし、
適応ウェイトを有するカルマンフィルタでの前記推定速度データのフィルタリングでは、検定統計を使用し、現推定値の前推定値との偏差を測定し時間領域での継続性を強化し、
前記検定統計の使用では、速度予測、標準得点、またはマハラノビス距離のうち少なくとも1つと速度推定との誤差を判断して、推定の正確性を判断し、誤った推定であると判断されれば前記適応ウェイトwを修正する、方法。 - 前記適応ウェイトwの修正では、前記適応ウェイトwをリアルタイムで修正する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適応ウェイトの修正では、マハラノビス距離Dを閾値Tと比較し、前記適応ウェイトwの値を以下を満たすよう設定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 回転システム用速度推定システムであって、
振動信号を出力するよう構成された振動センサ、
前記振動センサに動作可能に接続され、前記振動信号を受信し、前記振動信号に基づき推定速度データを出力する速度推定モジュール、及び
前記推定速度データを受信するよう構成され、フィルタリングされた推定速度データを出力するよう構成された適応的重み付けフィルタモジュールを備え、
前記適応的重み付けフィルタモジュールは、適応ウェイトを有するカルマンフィルタを備え、
前記カルマンフィルタは、カルマンゲインK k を備え、以下を満たし、
前記適応的重み付けフィルタモジュールは、検定統計を使用し、現推定値の前推定値との偏差を測定して、時間領域での継続性を強化するように構成され、
前記適応的重み付けフィルタモジュールは、速度予測、標準得点、またはマハラノビス距離のうち少なくとも1つと速度推定との誤差を判断して、推定の正確性を判断し、誤った推定であると判断されれば前記適応ウェイトwを修正する、ように構成された、システム。 - 前記システムは、前記回転システムへの1以上の入力を制御するコントローラの一部を構成するか、前記コントローラに動作可能に接続され、前記コントローラにフィードバックする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
