Claims (12)
- セパレーターが介在された正極板及び負極板を有する電極組立体と、
前記正極板に連結され、前記正極板の対向する両端に延出する第1の正極タブ及び第2の正極タブと、
前記負極板に連結され、前記負極板の対向する両端に延出する第1の負極タブ及び第2の負極タブと、
前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブ、並びに前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブの少なくとも一部分が外部に露出されるように前記電極組立体を包み込むセルカバーと、
前記正極板の外部面に前記セルカバーを介して対向した第1のバスバーであって、前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブのそれぞれに対応する位置に突出部が形成され、前記突出部は、それぞれ前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブと連結される第1のバスバーと、
前記負極板の外部面に前記セルカバーを介して対向した第2のバスバーであって、前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブのそれぞれに対応する位置に突出部が形成され、前記突出部は、それぞれ前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブと連結される第2のバスバーと、
前記第1のバスバーの突出部と連結された前記第1の正極タブまたは前記第2の正極タブのうちのどちらか一方に連結される正極リードと、
前記第2のバスバーの突出部と連結された前記第1の負極タブまたは前記第2の負極タブのうちのどちらか一方に連結される負極リードと、
前記正極リード及び前記負極リードの少なくとも一部が外部に露出されるように前記電極組立体と、前記第1のバスバー及び前記第2のバスバーを収容するポーチケースと、
を備えることを特徴とするバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。 - 前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブは、
前記正極板の任意の一辺と平行な正極板の軸の両側の端部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。 - 前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブは、
前記負極板の任意の一辺と平行な負極板の軸の両側の端部に形成されるが、前記負極板の軸は、前記正極板の軸とは異なるように設定されて、前記正極タブと前記負極タブとが重なり合わないように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。 - 前記第1のバスバー及び前記第2のバスバーは、
前記電極組立体を間に挟んで突き合せられるように配置される薄い板 状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。 - 前記第1のバスバーの材質は、アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。
- 前記第2のバスバーの材質は、銅であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。
- 前記第1のバスバー及び前記第2のバスバーの面積は、前記電極組立体の面積よりも大きくないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。
- 前記正極リード及び前記負極リードは、
前記電極組立体の長手方向に互いに反対の方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセル。 - バスバーを適用したバッテリーセルの製造方法において、
長手方向に両端に第1の正極タブ及び第2の正極タブが形成された正極板と、長手方向に両端に第1の負極タブ及び第2の負極タブが形成された負極板との間にセパレーターが介在されてセルカバーに包み込まれた電極組立体を用意する電極組立体の用意ステップと、
前記正極板の前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブをそれぞれ、前記正極板の外部面に前記セルカバーを介して対向した第1のバスバーであって、前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブのそれぞれに対応する位置に突出部が形成された第1のバスバーの前記突出部に連結し、前記負極板の前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブをそれぞれ、前記負極板の外部面に前記セルカバーを介して対向した第2のバスバーであって、前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブのそれぞれに対応する位置に突出部が形成された第2のバスバーの前記突出部に連結するバスバーの連結ステップと、
前記第1のバスバーに連結された前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブのうちのどちらか一方に正極リードを連結し、前記第2のバスバーに連結された前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブのうちのどちらか一方に負極リードを連結するリードの連結ステップと、
前記正極リード及び前記負極リードが連結された電極組立体をポーチケースに収納するケースの組立てステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするバスバーを適用したバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - 電極組立体の用意ステップにおいては、
前記第1の正極タブ及び前記第2の正極タブが前記正極板の任意の一辺と平行な正極板の軸の両側の端部に形成され、前記第1の負極タブ及び前記第2の負極タブは前記負極板の任意の一辺と平行な負極板の軸の両側の端部に形成されるが、前記負極板の軸は、前記正極板の軸とは異なるように設定されて、前記正極タブと前記負極タブとが重なり合わないように配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - バスバーの連結ステップにおいては、
前記第1のバスバーと前記第2のバスバーは、前記電極組立体を間に挟んで配置される薄い金属板であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - 前記第1のバスバーと前記第2のバスバーの面積は、前記電極組立体の面積よりも大きくないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバスバーを適用したバッテリーセルの製造方法。
