Claims (23)
- 手動工具データシステムであって、

前記手動工具データ分析システムによって分析された前記データに基づいてメッセージを生成するように構成される手動工具メッセージングシステムであって、前記メッセージは、前記1つ以上の手動工具の操作者に対して推奨される動作変更を含む、手動工具メッセージングシステムと、
操作者に対して推奨される動作変更に基づいて、または、前記手動工具データ分析システムによって分析された前記データに基づいて、前記1つ以上の手動工具の動作を第1の動作状態から第2の動作状態に調整するように構成される手動工具オーバーライド制御装置と、
を具備する手動工具データシステムを、具備するシステム。 - 前記手動工具データシステムは手動吹き付け具データシステムを具備し、前記1つ以上の手動工具は少なくとも1つの手動吹き付け具、流体源、空気源、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせを具備する、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記手動工具メッセージングシステムは、推奨される動作変更を操作者に送信するように構成され、かつ、前記手動工具メッセージングシステムが前記推奨される動作変更を操作者に送信してから所定時間内に操作者が前記推奨される動作変更を実行しなかった場合に、手動工具オーバーライド制御装置は、前記1つ以上の手動工具を無効化するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記手動工具データ監視システム、前記手動工具データ取得システム、前記手動工具データ分析システム及び前記手動工具メッセージングシステムは、プロセッサ及びメモリを有する1つ以上のサーバに配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記手動工具データシステムは、前記1つ以上の手動工具による作業の対象である製品に対応する識別データを獲得するように構成されるスキャナ又はリーダを具備する、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記1つ以上のセンサは、前記1つ以上の手動工具上の1つ以上の手動入力装置を監視するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の手動入力装置は、前記1つ以上の手動工具の少なくとも1つのバルブに結合される手動トリガを具備し、前記少なくとも1つの操作パラメータは、前記少なくとも1つのバルブを通る流量を含み、前記手動工具オーバーライド制御装置は、操作者に対して推奨される動作変更に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのバルブの位置の制御を介して、前記少なくとも1つのバルブを通る流量を調整する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記手動工具データ監視システムは、環境条件を監視するように構成され、前記環境条件は、温度、圧力、湿度、風速、空気の質、汚染物質レベル、または、これらの任意の組み合わせを含み、前記手動工具データ取得システムは、前記環境条件に対応するデータを取得するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記手動工具データシステムは、前記1つ以上の手動工具に結合されるか連動する支援機器を監視するように構成される1つ以上のセンサを具備する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の手動工具の少なくとも1つの工具を具備する、請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記少なくとも1つの工具は、
噴霧塗布器に結合された少なくとも1つの流路、及び前記吹き付け具の動作を制御するように構成される少なくとも1つの手動入力装置、を有する吹き付け具と、
前記吹き付け具に結合されたセンサと、
前記センサに結合された通信回路と、を具備する、システム。 - 前記吹き付け具に結合されたスキャナを具備する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記通信回路は、無線通信回路を含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは前記少なくとも1つの手動入力装置に結合される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの手動入力装置は、前記吹き付け具の少なくとも1つのバルブに結合されるトリガを具備し、前記トリガは、前記少なくとも1つのバルブの位置を調整することによって、前記吹き付け具による吹き付けを可能にしたり、調整したり、不可能にしたりするように構成され、前記センサは前記少なくとも1つのバルブの位置を検出するように構成される、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、流量センサ、圧力センサ、加速度計、速度センサ、方向センサあるいはその組み合わせを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、前記吹き付け具による吹き付けの対象物体に対する前記吹き付け具の位置又は距離を検出するように構成される位置センサを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記手動工具データシステムは、前記通信回路を介して前記吹き付け具に通信可能に結合されるサーバを備え、
前記サーバは、前記センサから追加のデータを取得し、前記追加のデータを分析し、1つ以上の出力を前記吹き付け具に提供するように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。 - 1つ以上の手動工具の少なくとも1つの操作パラメータを手動工具データ監視システムによって監視するステップと、
前記1つ以上の手動工具の前記少なくとも1つの操作パラメータに対応するデータを手動工具データ取得システムによって取得するステップと、
前記手動工具データ取得システムによって取得された前記データを手動工具データ分析システムによって分析するステップと、
前記手動工具データ分析システムによって分析された前記データに基づいて手動工具メッセージングシステムを介してメッセージを生成するステップであって、前記メッセージは、前記1つ以上の手動工具の操作者に対して推奨される動作変更を含む、生成するステップと、
操作者に対して推奨される動作変更に基づいて、または、前記手動工具データ分析システムによって分析された前記データに基づいて、前記1つ以上の手動工具の手動操作をオーバーライドして、前記1つ以上の手動工具の動作を第1の動作状態から第2の動作状態に調整するステップと、を含む方法。
