Description
磁気を用いてロータの回転位置を検出する回転位置センサを有する走行モータと、
前記走行モータに出力される駆動電流を制御する駆動制御部と、
を備え、
前記駆動制御部は、前記駆動電流の制御モードを、前記回転位置センサの検出結果を用いて前記駆動電流を制御するセンシング制御モードと、前記回転位置センサの検出結果を用いずに前記駆動電流を制御するセンシングレス制御モードとに切り替え可能であり、
さらに、
前記走行モータへ電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記バッテリを充電する電力を地上設備の給電コイルから非接触で受ける受電コイルと、
前記受電コイルの位置を前記給電コイルに合わせる位置合わせの際に、前記駆動制御部の制御モードを前記センシング制御モードから前記センシングレス制御モードへ切り替える第1モード制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両である。
前記回転位置センサの検出結果に基づき前記ロータの回転位置を算出するロータ回転位置算出部と、
前記駆動電流の大きさを検出する電流センサと、
前記電流センサの検出結果に基づき前記ロータの回転位置を推定するロータ回転位置推定部と、
前記ロータ回転位置算出部の出力と前記ロータ回転位置推定部の出力とを切り替える切替部と、
を備え、
前記切替部の切り替えにより前記駆動電流の制御モードが切り替わる構成とした。
前記回転位置センサの診断結果がエラーとなったことに基づいて前記センシング制御モードから前記センシングレス制御モードへ切り替える第1モード制御部を備える構成とした。
前記第2モード制御部は、前記受電コイルの位置を前記給電コイルに合わせる位置合わせの際、前記車両のシフト位置あるいは前記受電コイルと前記給電コイルとの相対位置に応じて、前記駆動制御部の制御モードを切り替える構成とした。
前記走行モータは、前輪を駆動する前輪モータと、後輪を駆動する後輪モータとを含み、
前記第2モード制御部は、前記受電コイルの位置を前記給電コイルに合わせる位置合わせの際に、前記前輪モータの駆動電流の制御モードと前記後輪モータの駆動電流の制御モードとのうちの一方を前記センシングレス制御モードへ切り替える構成とした。

Claims (5)
- 磁気を用いてロータの回転位置を検出する回転位置センサを有する走行モータと、
前記走行モータに出力される駆動電流を制御する駆動制御部と、
を備え、
前記駆動制御部は、前記駆動電流の制御モードを、前記回転位置センサの検出結果を用いて前記駆動電流を制御するセンシング制御モードと、前記回転位置センサの検出結果を用いずに前記駆動電流を制御するセンシングレス制御モードとに切り替え可能であり、
さらに、
前記走行モータへ電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記バッテリを充電する電力を地上設備の給電コイルから非接触で受ける受電コイルと、
前記受電コイルの位置を前記給電コイルに合わせる位置合わせの際に、前記駆動制御部の制御モードを前記センシング制御モードから前記センシングレス制御モードへ切り替える第1モード制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両。 - 前記回転位置センサの検出結果に基づき前記ロータの回転位置を算出するロータ回転位置算出部と、
前記駆動電流の大きさを検出する電流センサと、
前記電流センサの検出結果に基づき前記ロータの回転位置を推定するロータ回転位置推定部と、
前記ロータ回転位置算出部の出力と前記ロータ回転位置推定部の出力とを切り替える切替部と、
を備え、
前記切替部の切り替えにより前記駆動電流の制御モードが切り替わることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両。 - 前記回転位置センサの診断結果がエラーとなったことに基づいて前記センシング制御モードから前記センシングレス制御モードへ切り替える第2モード制御部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記第1モード制御部は、前記受電コイルの位置を前記給電コイルに合わせる位置合わせの際、前記車両のシフト位置あるいは前記受電コイルと前記給電コイルとの相対位置に応じて、前記駆動制御部の制御モードを切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記走行モータは、前輪を駆動する前輪モータと、後輪を駆動する後輪モータとを含み、
前記第1モード制御部は、前記受電コイルの位置を前記給電コイルに合わせる位置合わせの際に、前記前輪モータの駆動電流の制御モードと前記後輪モータの駆動電流の制御モードとのうちの一方を前記センシングレス制御モードへ切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
