Claims (4)
- 舗装面を開削した掘削孔内に埋め戻し資材を投入して路床を形成する工程と、
容器詰めされ常温保管されたアスファルト混合物を90〜110℃で再加熱する工程と、
前記容器から取り出した再加熱アスファルト混合物を、前記路床上に形成した路盤上に敷き均す工程とを有し、
前記再加熱アスファルト混合物は、90〜110℃での動粘度が1700〜3800cStであることを特徴とする道路舗装復旧工法。 - 前記再加熱アスファルト混合物は、ストレートアスファルトにステアリン酸アミドを主成分とする添加剤を添加していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の道路舗装復旧工法。
- 前記再加熱する工程は、積層した前記容器の間にシートヒータを挟み込み、積層した前記容器の周囲を面ヒータで覆うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の道路舗装復旧工法。
- 道路舗装復旧工法に用いられ、容器詰めされ常温保管されたアスファルト混合物を90〜110℃で再加熱する再加熱アスファルト混合物であって、ストレートアスファルトにステアリン酸アミドを主成分とする添加剤を添加し、90〜110℃での動粘度が1700〜3800cStであることを特徴とする再加熱アスファルト混合物。
