Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る超臨界水反応装置の模式図である。図2は、本実施形態に係る熱交換器の模式図の一例である。本実施形態に係る超臨界水反応装置1は、加水分解によってバイオマスを、水素、メタン、エタン、一酸化炭素及び二酸化炭素等を含むガスに変化させるための装置である。バイオマスは、例えば焼酎残渣又は下水汚泥等である。

Claims (6)
- 被処理液が導入される流路を有する熱交換器と、前記熱交換器を通過した前記被処理液を超臨界水によって分解する反応器と、を備える超臨界水反応装置に対する閉塞物除去方法であって、
前記超臨界水反応装置の起動時又は停止時において、前記流路に水を供給し、前記流路の内部又は内壁の温度が所定温度であり且つ前記流路の内部の圧力が所定圧力である状態を所定時間に亘って保持する溶解工程と、
前記流路の水を前記超臨界水反応装置の外部に排出するブロー工程と、
を含み、
前記所定温度は、250℃以上400℃以下であり、
前記所定圧力は、20MPa以上であり、
前記溶解工程において、前記流路の長手方向の中間よりも前記反応器側の部分の内部の温度が300℃以上350℃以下に保持され、
前記被処理液が前記熱交換器で加熱される過程において生成される副生成物には、マグネシウム、リン、カルシウム、及びカリウムが含まれる

請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記所定温度は、325℃以上375℃以下であり、
前記溶解工程における前記流路の内部又は内壁の温度が250℃から375℃の間の昇温速度は、15℃/分以下である
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記所定温度は、325℃以上375℃以下であり、
前記溶解工程における前記流路の内部又は内壁の温度が250℃から375℃の間の温度降下速度は、15℃/分以下である
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の閉塞物除去方法。
