Claims (7)
- 被処理液が導入される内管及び熱媒が導入される外管を有する熱交換器を備えた超臨界水反応装置に対する閉塞物除去方法であって、
前記内管に設けられた開口から可撓性チューブを前記内管の閉塞物に接触するまで挿入する挿入工程と、
前記可撓性チューブを介して前記閉塞物に界面活性剤を送る注入工程と、
前記注入工程の後に前記可撓性チューブを前記内管の外に出す引抜工程と、
前記引抜工程の後に前記内管に気体を送り前記閉塞物に圧力を加える加圧工程と、
を含む閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記挿入工程の前に、前記内管における前記閉塞物の位置を特定する探査工程を含む
請求項1に記載の閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記加圧工程の後に、前記内管に水を送る水洗工程を含む
請求項1又は2に記載の閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記水洗工程の後に、前記内管に過酸化水素水を送る再洗浄工程を含む
請求項3に記載の閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記界面活性剤は、両性界面活性剤である
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記界面活性剤は、非イオン界面活性剤である
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の閉塞物除去方法。 - 前記界面活性剤は、陽イオン界面活性剤である
