溶接接合部により前記第1の構成部品(10)の円形フランジ部と接合される第2の構成部品(22)と
を備える、物品(20)。 - 前記ナノ構造化フェライト合金が金属マトリックスと、該金属マトリックス内に分散された酸化物ナノ特徴要素とを含む、請求項1に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記金属マトリックスが、鉄、クロム、コバルト、タングステン、モリブデン、チタン、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項2に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記金属マトリックスが、マルテンサイト鋼、フェライト鋼、オーステナイト鋼、二相鋼、及び析出硬化鋼から選択された鋼鉄を含む、請求項2に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記酸化物ナノ特徴要素が、イットリウム、ジルコニウム、ケイ素、チタン、ハフニウム、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記酸化物ナノ特徴要素が、20ナノメートル未満のメジアン径の粒子を含む、請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記円形フランジ部が、フェライト鋼、マルテンサイト鋼、オーステナイト鋼、二相鋼、及び析出硬化鋼を含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記第1の構成部品が、シャフト、ホイール、スペーサ及びエンジンディスクのうちの1又はそれ以上から選択されたターボ機械構成部品を含む、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記第2の構成部品が金属材料を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記金属材料が、鋼鉄、ニッケル系超合金、又はナノ構造化フェライト合金を含む、請求項9に記載の物品(20)。
- 前記第2の構成部品が、シャフト、ホイール、スペーサ及びエンジンディスクのうちの1又はそれ以上から選択されたターボ機械構成部品を含む、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
