Claims (7)
- ピストン(18)のスライド移動を案内するシリンダーボア(19)を区画するシリンダーブロック(15)と、
前記シリンダーブロック(15)に結合されて前記シリンダーボア(19)を塞ぎ、前記ピストン(18)との間に燃焼室(22)を区画するシリンダーヘッド(16)と、
前記燃焼室(22)に臨んで燃料を噴射する噴射口(45)を有するノズル(44)を備える燃料噴射装置(38)と、
先部が前記シリンダーヘッド(16)の取り付け孔(54)に差し込まれ、前記燃料噴射装置(38)から延びる前記ノズル(44)を受け入れる貫通孔(57)を区画し、前記シリンダーヘッド(16)の熱伝導率よりも低い熱伝導率を有する低熱伝導材ガイド(56)と、
前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)の先端に設けられた、前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)及び前記燃焼室(22)を仕切る金属製の遮壁(58)とを備え、
前記遮壁(58)は、径方向の内端部が前記ノズル(44)外周壁の前記燃焼室(22)に向けて筒状に延びる部分と接触しており、前記ノズル(44)外周壁の前記筒状に延びる部分の先端は、前記遮壁(58)及び前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)の接続面よりも燃焼室側に突出していることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関において、前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)は樹脂体であることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関において、空冷式であることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関において、前記ノズル(44)を囲みつつ前記シリンダーヘッド(16)の外面に区画された座面(55)に向き合わされるようにして前記燃料噴射装置(38)に形成された段差面(46)と、前記燃料噴射装置(38)を前記シリンダーヘッド(16)に取り付けるためのインジェクターホルダー(47)とを備え、前記燃料噴射装置(38)は、前記段差面(46)と前記座面(55)とに挟まれた前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)に前記インジェクターホルダー(47)によって押し当てられるようにして、該インジェクターホルダー(47)と前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)とにより前記シリンダーヘッド(16)に固定されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項4に記載の内燃機関において、前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)は、前記座面(55)と、前記段差面(46)との間に挟まれる大径部(59)を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関において、前記燃料噴射装置(38)は、円柱空間を区画する前記取り付け孔(54)内に位置する円柱形状の前記ノズル(44)と、該ノズル(44)の外面から突き出て周方向に連続する環状のシール部(61)とを有することを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関において、前記低熱伝導材ガイド(56)の上端は、前記取り付け孔(54)の外端より前記シリンダーヘッド(16)の外面から離間する向きに延びて形成されることを特徴とする内燃機関。
