Description
Claims (12)
- 2つのロールで薄膜部材を成形する薄膜部材成形装置であって、
第1の軸受部で回転可能に支持された状態で固定配置された基準ロールと、
第2の軸受部で回転可能に支持された状態で、前記基準ロールに対して移動可能に配置された可動ロールと、
前記基準ロールと前記可動ロールとの間の隙間を調整するロール隙間調整機構と、
前記隙間を広げるロール開放機構と、を備え、
前記基準ロールと前記可動ロールは、互いの回転中心軸を平行させるとともに、互いの回転中心軸を通る平面と水平面とのなす角度θが0°≦θ≦90°の範囲内に配置され、
前記ロール隙間調整機構は、油圧シリンダと、前記油圧シリンダに作動油を給排するサーボポンプと、前記油圧シリンダと前記サーボポンプの間で作動油を流す第1の流路と、前記サーボポンプを経由せずに前記第1の流路を迂回する第2の流路と、前記サーボポンプの稼働時に前記第2の流路を閉塞して前記サーボポンプの停止時に前記第2の流路を開放する開閉弁と、を備え、前記隙間を狭める方向の荷重を前記第2の軸受部に付加し、
前記ロール開放機構は、前記隙間を広げる方向の荷重を前記第2の軸受部に付加し、前記サーボポンプの停止時に前記サーボポンプの稼働時よりも大きな荷重を前記第2の軸受部に付加する
ことを特徴とする薄膜部材成形装置。 - 前記ロール隙間調整機構は、前記可動ロールおよび前記第2の軸受部の自重により生じる前記基準ロールに向けての押圧力に応じて、前記ロール開放機構により前記隙間を広げる方向の荷重が付加された状態で、前記隙間を狭める方向の荷重を付加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄膜部材成形装置。 - 前記ロール開放機構は、シリンダ装置、スプリング、滑車構造、てこ構造のうち、少なくとも1つを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄膜部材成形装置。 - 前記ロール開放機構は、前記シリンダ装置と、エアを供給するコンプレッサと、前記コンプレッサから供給されたエアの圧力を調整する減圧弁と、前記コンプレッサから供給されたエアを貯留する貯留部と、前記シリンダ装置を大気開放する排気部と、エアの流れ方向を規制するチェック弁と、を備え、
前記減圧弁は、2つの減圧弁を含み、
一方の減圧弁は、前記コンプレッサから供給されたエアの圧力を他方の減圧弁よりも高圧に調整する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薄膜部材成形装置。 - 前記基準ロールと前記可動ロールは、前記角度θが略0°となるように配置され、
前記ロール開放機構は、前記第2の軸受部に対する荷重の付加を、前記サーボポンプの稼働時に抑止する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜部材成形装置。 - 2つのロールで薄膜部材を成形する薄膜部材の成形方法であって、
第1の軸受部で回転可能に支持された状態で基準ロールを固定配置し、
第2の軸受部で回転可能に支持された状態で、回転中心軸を前記基準ロールと平行させるとともに、互いの回転中心軸を通る平面と水平面とのなす角度θが0°≦θ≦90°の範囲内に、前記基準ロールに対して移動可能に可動ロールを配置し、
前記可動ロールおよび前記第2の軸受部の自重により生じる前記基準ロールに向けての押圧力に応じて、前記基準ロールと前記可動ロールとの間の隙間を広げる方向の荷重を前記第2の軸受部に付加した状態で、前記隙間を狭める方向の荷重を前記第2の軸受部に付加し、
前記薄膜部材の成形時は、第2の流路を閉塞し、サーボポンプを稼働させて第1の流路を通して油圧シリンダに作動油を給排し、
前記サーボポンプの停止時は、前記第2の流路を開放し、前記サーボポンプを経由せずに、前記第1の流路から前記第2の流路へ作動油を迂回させ、前記サーボポンプの稼働時よりも大きな荷重を前記第2の軸受部に付加する
ことを特徴とする薄膜部材の成形方法。 - 前記隙間を広げる方向の荷重は、前記可動ロールおよび前記第2の軸受部の自重以上の荷重である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薄膜部材の成形方法。 - 前記隙間を広げる方向の荷重は、前記可動ロールおよび前記第2の軸受部の自重により生じる前記基準ロールに向けての押圧力以上の荷重である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薄膜部材の成形方法。 - 前記隙間を広げる方向の荷重は、前記可動ロールおよび前記第2の軸受部の自重の前記基準ロールと前記可動ロールの回転中心軸を通る平面に沿った分力以上の荷重である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薄膜部材の成形方法。 - 前記可動ロールおよび前記第2の軸受部の自重により生じる前記基準ロールに向けての押圧力と前記隙間を狭める方向の荷重との合計荷重から、前記隙間を広げる方向の荷重を差し引いた荷重で前記可動ロールを前記基準ロールに向けて押圧して、前記薄膜部材を成形する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薄膜部材の成形方法。 - エアを貯留部に貯留し、
前記隙間を狭める際、前記貯留部に貯留されたエアをコンプレッサで、エアシリンダに供給するとともに、
前記コンプレッサと前記貯留部の間で前記コンプレッサから前記貯留部へ、エアの流れ方向を規制する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薄膜部材の成形方法。 - 前記基準ロールと前記可動ロールを、前記角度θが略0°となるように配置し、
前記サーボポンプの稼働時には、前記第2の軸受部に対する前記隙間を広げる方向への荷重の付加を抑止する
ことを特徴とする請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜部材の成形方法。
