なお、カビ菌の培養時間は42時間、培養温度は25℃である。通常の抗菌加工製品は、抗菌活性値A≧2.0とされる。

Claims (9)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された第1電極と、
前記基板上に形成された第2電極と、
前記第1電極および前記第2電極を覆うように配置され、前記基板側に配置される第1面および前記基板側と反対側に配置される第2面を有する保護層と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極間に電圧を印加する電圧供給ユニットとを備え、
前記電圧供給ユニットは、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に1MV/m、5Hzのパルス電圧を8秒間印加し、且つ該パルス電圧の印加を間欠的に行い、
前記パルス電圧が印加されているときの前記保護層の前記第2面における平均電場強度が150kV/m以上となるようにして抗菌する、
抗菌デバイス。 - 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された平板状の第1電極と、
前記基板側に配置される第1面および前記基板側と反対側に配置される第2面を有する絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の前記第2面に配置される複数の第2電極と、
前記複数の第2電極を覆う様に配置され、前記絶縁層側に配置される第1面および前記絶縁層側と反対側に配置される第2面を有する保護層と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極間に電圧を印加する電圧供給ユニットと
を備え、
前記電圧供給ユニットは、前記第1電極と前記複数の第2電極間に1MV/m、5Hzのパルス電圧を8秒間印加し、かつ且つ該パルス電圧の印加を間欠的に行って抗菌する、
抗菌デバイス。 - 前記第1電極及び前記第2電極は、インターデジタル形状に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の抗菌デバイス。 - 前記複数の第2電極は、インターデジタル形状に配置されている、
請求項2に記載の抗菌デバイス。 - 前記第1電極および前記第2電極の幅は、100μm以上である、
請求項1または請求項3に記載の抗菌デバイス。 - 前記複数の第2電極の幅は、100μm以上である、
請求項2または請求項4に記載の抗菌デバイス。 - 前記保護層の比誘電率が3以上である、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の抗菌デバイス。 - 前記保護層はフィルム形状である請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の抗菌デバイス。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の抗菌デバイスを備えた電気機器。
