Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coating device such as a lacquer ware using a paper base material, and more particularly, to an improvement in a method for manufacturing a paper base material using a waste paper or the like.

The applicator, for example, a wooden lacquer ware, is manufactured by shaving natural wood as a base material to produce a vessel shape, and lacquering and decorating the vessel shape. Instead of natural wood, a mixture of vegetable fiber such as wood and a binder such as an adhesive is heated and dried using a mold, or hot pressed to form a base material for lacquer ware. Fabrication is proposed in US Pat.

In Patent Document 1, a thermoplastic adhesive and a plant fiber are suspended in water, the obtained mixed liquid is put into a cavity defined by a male mold and a female mold, and heat-dried to a semi-dry state. The dried molded product is heated at a higher temperature to melt the adhesive and then harden to obtain a base of lacquer ware.

In Patent Document 2, a mixed solution obtained by adding a resin binder to a pulp solution and mixing them is strained with a wire netting mold (the wire netting mold is repeatedly dipped in the mixed solution) to form a fiber layer on the mold surface. Then, the molded product is dried to obtain a base model made of pulp-molded paper. This prototype (molded product) is heat-pressed and heat-formed to form a hard layer of resin on the surface, and lacquer is applied on this to manufacture a lacquer ware.

In Patent Document 3, a mixed liquid containing vegetable fibers as a main component is supplied between a male mold and a female mold and hot-pressed to obtain a base layer of a lacquer cloth. A paste-like surface material is applied to the surface of the base layer, and hot pressing is performed again in the mold to obtain a lacquerware base material in which the base layer is covered with the surface layer.

An object of the present invention is to provide a coater capable of producing a paper base suitable for producing a coater such as a lacquer ware having a smooth uneven surface from a fiber mixture containing a vegetable fiber as a main component with an inexpensive structure. The purpose is to propose a method for manufacturing a paper base.

The applicator of the present invention, for example, the method for producing a paper base of lacquerware,
From a fiber mixed solution obtained by dissolving plant fibers in water, a paper mold molding step of molding a paper mold for use as a base material of a lacquer ware to be produced,
A diluted lacquer liquid permeation step of permeating the diluted lacquer liquid into the paper mold after drying,
A paper mold polishing step of polishing the inner surface and the outer surface of the paper mold after diluting lacquer liquid to remove unnecessary irregularities,
A sealing process for sealing the inner and outer surfaces of the paper mold with lacquer putty,
After the lacquer putty is dried, a paper base of lacquer ware is manufactured through a lacquer undercoating step of applying a lacquer undercoat on the inner and outer surfaces of the paper mold.

Further, in the paper mold forming step,
Vacuuming the fiber mixture liquid to the concave molding surface of the female mold having water permeability to form a paper mold outer layer having a predetermined thickness along the concave molding surface,
A step of pouring a predetermined amount of the fiber mixture liquid on the concave inner peripheral surface of the paper mold outer layer molded on the concave molding surface of the female mold;
While vacuuming the concave mold surface of the female mold, while rotating the convex mold surface with the drainage groove of the male mold that does not have water permeability to the concave mold surface while rotating it around the center of the convex mold surface. A paper mold in which the paper mold outer layer and the paper mold inner layer are integrated with each other is formed through a step of pressing toward each other and laminating a paper mold inner layer having a predetermined thickness on the paper mold outer layer.

In the present invention, a certain amount of the fiber mixture liquid is poured into the concave mold surface of the water-permeable female mold, and the concave mold surface is evacuated from the back side of the female mold. As a result, the concave mold surface of the female mold is accurately applied to the outer peripheral surface of the paper mold outer layer, and the paper mold outer layer having a constant thickness is formed. Further, a certain amount of the fiber mixture liquid is poured into the concave inner peripheral surface of the paper mold outer layer, and the convex mold surface with the water-permeable groove of the male mold having no water permeability is pressed against the female mold side while rotating. There is. As a result, the male convex molding die surface is accurately applied to the concave inner peripheral surface of the paper die inner layer. In addition, since the thickness of each part of the paper mold inner layer can be controlled according to the convex molding surface, it has smooth inner and outer surfaces and thick and thin parts as designed (as designed). A paper mold is obtained. Compared with the case where the thickness of each part is constant, by changing the thickness of each part by the inner layer of the paper mold, it is possible to obtain a paper mold in which distortion or the like is less likely to occur.

It is possible to manufacture the paper mold with higher accuracy than in the case of manufacturing the paper mold by filtering the fiber mixed liquid using the wire mesh mold. In particular, the thickness of each part of the paper mold can be freely set, and the concave inner peripheral surface of the paper mold can be formed into a smooth and targeted curved surface, which facilitates post-processing such as sharpening and shaving. .. Further, when the fiber mixture liquid is heat-pressed by using the male mold and the female mold, a large-scale press mechanism and heating mechanism are required to mold a paper mold having a predetermined density, resulting in high manufacturing cost. In the present invention, a smooth inner and outer surface can be imparted to the paper mold by an inexpensive mechanism.

Here, in the diluted lacquer liquid permeation step, the diluted lacquer liquid permeates in one direction in the thickness direction of the paper mold from one surface of the inner and outer surfaces of the paper mold after drying to the other surface. It is desirable to let Since the diluted lacquer liquid permeates the entire inside of the paper mold with certainty, the fibers are reliably connected in each part of the paper mold, and the fibers can be prevented from peeling and melting. As a result, it becomes possible to wash the produced lacquer ware in the dishwasher.

As the lacquer putty used in the filling step, a lacquer putty made by kneading rice paste, lacquer and wood flour can be used. By sealing with lacquer putty, the air layer in the paper mold is sealed. The closed air layer improves the heat retention of the lacquer ware. Moreover, since the air layer is sealed, the lacquer applied in the subsequent step does not penetrate and the air layer is not filled, and the air layer remains as it is. As a result, the weight of the lacquer ware can be reduced, and the lacquer ware can be easily handled by a weak person such as an elderly person.

Lacquer ware is produced by applying lacquer and decorating to the paper base produced by the present invention in the same manner as in the case of wooden lacquer ware.

In the present invention, it is also possible to use virgin fiber instead of the fiber of waste paper. Further, instead of lacquer, natural paint may be applied or urethane resin or other chemical paint may be applied to manufacture the container.

An embodiment of a method for producing a lacquer ware to which the present invention is applied will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1A and 1B are a perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing an example of a lacquer ware manufactured by the method for manufacturing a lacquer ware according to the present embodiment. The lacquer ware 1 is, for example, a bowl having a general shape, and has a hemispherical main body portion 3 (trunk portion and waist portion) of a predetermined thickness having a circular rim 2 at the upper end, and the bottom center of the main body portion 3. And a flat cylindrical pedestal 4 integrally formed with the base. The main body 3 includes a convex spherical outer peripheral surface 3a and a concave spherical inner peripheral surface 3b. In this example, the thickness of the main body portion 3 gradually increases from the side of the rim 2 toward the bottom portion.

FIG. 2 is a schematic flowchart showing an example of a procedure for producing the lacquer ware 1. The lacquer ware 1 is a paper manufacturing process for preparing a fiber mixture by immersing used paper in water to prepare a fiber mixture, and a paper mixture for producing a paper base to be used as a base for a lacquer ware to be produced. It is manufactured through a base material manufacturing step ST2, a lacquering step ST3 of applying lacquer to the manufactured paper base material, and a decoration step ST4. In the lacquering process ST3 and the decorating process ST4, lacquer coating and decorating are performed in the same manner as in the case of a general wooden lacquer ware, and various types of lacquer ware from popular products to high-grade products are obtained.

Although the lacquer ware 1 of this example is a tea bowl, the present invention can be applied to the production of a vessel having a rotationally symmetrical shape such as a confectionery tray, a confectionery vessel, a confectionery bowl, a plate, and a plate. Further, the thickness of each part of the container is not limited to the illustrated example, and the present invention can be applied to the manufacture of a container in which a thick portion and a thin portion are arbitrarily set. Further, in this example, a fiber mixture liquid containing plant fibers at a predetermined ratio is prepared using waste paper. Instead of the waste paper fiber, virgin fiber may be used to prepare the fiber mixture. Furthermore, this example is an example in which the present invention is applied to the production of a lacquer ware, but when a natural paint other than lacquer or a urethane resin or other chemical paint is applied to a paper base to produce a coater. Is similarly applicable.

FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing an example of a procedure for manufacturing a paper base, that is, an example of the paper base manufacturing step ST2 in FIG. In the paper base manufacturing process ST2, first, a paper mold forming process ST11 in which a paper mold to be used as the base material of the lacquer ware 1 to be manufactured is molded from a fiber mixed liquid using a molding mold composed of a male mold and a female mold, and Then, a paper mold drying step ST12 is performed in which the molded paper mold is removed from the molding die and dried. The paper mold forming step ST11 and the mold will be described later.

Next, a diluted lacquer liquid infiltration step ST13 of infiltrating the diluted lacquer liquid into the dried paper mold and a diluted lacquer liquid drying step ST14 of drying the paper mold infiltrated with the diluted lacquer liquid are performed. After that, a paper die sharpening step ST15 is performed to sharpen the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the dried paper die by using a roller or the like to remove unnecessary unevenness. Next, a sealing step ST16 for sealing the inner and outer surfaces of the paper mold with lacquer putty and a lacquer putty drying step ST17 for drying the paper mold stopped with the lacquer putty are performed. Thereafter, a lacquer undercoating step ST18 and a drying step ST19 of applying an undercoat with lacquer are performed on the inner and outer surfaces of the paper mold after the lacquer putty is dried. Through these steps, the paper base material of the lacquer ware 1 is obtained.

4A and 4B are an explanatory view showing a forming die used in the paper die forming step ST11 and an explanatory view showing a concave forming die surface of the male die, respectively, and FIG. 5 is a paper die forming step ST11. It is explanatory drawing which shows the procedure of.

First, the forming die 10 used in the paper die forming step ST11 will be described with reference to FIG. The molding die 10 includes a water-permeable female die 12 attached to a pedestal 11 and a water-impermeable male die 14 attached to a vertical rotation shaft 13. The female die 12 is horizontally attached to the pedestal 11, and its concave molding die surface 12a faces upward. The female die 12 is a bowl-shaped die having a predetermined thickness as a whole and has water permeability. For example, the female die 12 is manufactured from a material having water permeability. Alternatively, the female die 12 is manufactured from a material having no water permeability, and fine water passage holes are attached in a state of penetrating in the thickness direction at a constant pitch. The concave molding surface 12a of the female die 12 has a surface shape corresponding to the convex spherical outer peripheral surface 3a of the main body 3 of the lacquer ware 1 and the outer peripheral surface 4a of the platform 4 (see FIG. 1). Further, fine concave and convex portions are formed on the concave molding die surface 12a at regular intervals so that the flow of water along the concave molding die surface 12a can be secured. The space on the back side of the female die 12 in the gantry 11 is a closed space 11a, which can be evacuated by a vacuum suction source 15 (not shown).

The male mold 14 is supported right above the female mold 12 so as to face downward. The male mold 14 is formed of a material having no water permeability, and a convex molding surface 14a having no water permeability is formed on the lower surface thereof. The convex molding die surface 14 a has a surface shape corresponding to the concave spherical inner peripheral surface 3 b of the main body 3 of the lacquer ware 1 and the rim 2. The male mold 14 is coaxially fixed to the lower end of the vertical rotary shaft 13. The vertical rotation shaft 13 is rotationally driven about its central axis 13a by a rotation source (not shown). The male mold 14 rotates around the central axis 13a integrally with the vertical rotation shaft 13.

As shown in FIG. 4( b ), on the convex molding surface 14 a of the male mold 14, four drain grooves 14 b having a predetermined depth and a predetermined width are formed. The drainage grooves 14b are radially arranged at angular intervals of 90° from the center of the convex molding die surface 14a, and the groove width and groove depth gradually increase from the center side toward the outer peripheral side. The outer peripheral end 14c of the drainage groove 14b is exposed at the outer peripheral edge of the male mold 14. The drainage groove 14b ensures drainage of water.

A paper mold molding procedure using the mold 10 will be described with reference to FIG. First, as shown in step ST21, while the fiber mixture 21 is being poured into the female mold 12, the female mold 12 is evacuated from the back side. The fiber mixed liquid 21 is sucked into the concave molding die surface 12a, and water is discharged to the back side through the water-permeable female die 12. As a result, as shown in step ST22, the fiber component is deposited at a predetermined density along the concave molding surface 12a, and the paper mold outer layer 22 having a constant thickness and having a shape along the concave molding surface 12a is formed. It is formed.

Next, as shown in step ST23, a predetermined amount of the fiber mixture liquid 23 is poured into the concave inner peripheral surface of the paper mold outer layer 22 molded on the concave molding surface 12a of the female mold 12. After this, as shown in step ST24, the female die 12 is evacuated from the back side. While vacuuming, the convex molding surface 14a with the drainage groove 14b of the male mold 14 having no water permeability is positioned right above the female mold 12, and the male mold 14 is rotated around the central axis 13a, Let it descend. The convex molding surface 14a of the male mold 14 presses the poured fiber mixture liquid 23 from the upper side to the lower side. The water content of the fiber mixture liquid 23 is pushed out through the drainage grooves 14b of the convex molding surface 14a, and the fiber component is pressed by the pressing force and the vacuum suction force on the paper mold outer layer 22 to have a predetermined density and a predetermined density. It is laminated as a paper mold inner layer 24 of thickness. In this example, the thickness gradually increases from the opening edge side portion toward the bottom portion, and the paper mold inner layer 24 having the thickest bottom portion is formed. The thickness of each part of the paper mold inner layer 24 can be increased or decreased by changing the convex molding surface 14a of the male mold 14. Therefore, the thickness of each part of the paper mold 25 can be freely set, and a paper mold that is resistant to distortion can be obtained. The male mold 14 may be continuously rotated in one direction, but may be repeatedly rotated in the opposite direction. The drainage groove 14b has a groove shape so that good drainage can be ensured when the male mold 14 is pressed while being rotated.

As a result, as shown in step ST25, the paper mold 25 in which the paper mold outer layer 22 and the paper mold inner layer 24 are integrated is obtained. After this, as shown in step ST26, the mold is opened and the paper mold 25 is taken out. A shape corresponding to the outer peripheral surfaces 3a, 4a of the lacquer ware 1 is given to the convex outer peripheral surface 25a of the taken-out paper mold 25 by the concave molding surface 12a of the female mold 12. Further, the concave inner peripheral surface 25b of the paper mold 25 is provided with a shape corresponding to the inner peripheral surface 3b of the lacquer ware 1 by the convex molding surface 14a of the male mold 14. After that, the paper mold 25 is dried as described above (step ST12 in FIG. 3).

Since the curved surfaces of the outer peripheral surfaces 3a, 4a and the inner peripheral surface 3b of the lacquer ware 1 are accurately shaped in the molded paper mold 25, the surface shaping work in the subsequent sharpening step (ST15 in FIG. 3) or the like is easy. And it can be done in a short time.
