Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, and more particularly to a vehicle seat including a rail device that supports a seat body so as to be movable in the seat front-rear direction.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a vehicle seat provided with a rail device that supports a seat body so as to be movable in the seat front-rear direction relative to a vehicle body floor, a substantially L-shaped connecting bracket is used to connect the seat body and the rail device. Has been.
The connecting bracket is generally attached to the upper surface of the upper rail of the rail device by using bolts, rivets, etc., but a technique for newly joining by laser welding is known for the purpose of reducing the number of parts and reducing the weight of the seat. (See Patent Documents 1 and 2).
In the vehicle seats described in Patent Document 1 and
Then, while ensuring the joint strength by laser welding, the welding location is considered in order to simplify the welding work, and the welding bead (welding mark) formed by laser welding has a predetermined shape on the upper surface of the connecting bracket. It extends like an eggplant.
However, in
In addition, since the connecting bracket is generally thicker than the upper rail, there is a risk that the welding strength will decrease if laser welding is performed from directly above the connecting bracket, and it is necessary to increase the irradiation intensity of the laser and it is affected by heat. There was a fear that it would be easier.
Therefore, there has been a demand for a technique capable of further improving the joining strength by laser welding and facilitating the welding work.
Further, among the above vehicle seats, there are those further provided with a height link device and a reclining device for supporting the seat body so that the seat body can be raised and lowered, and laser welding work is performed in consideration of the positional relationship with the components of these devices. It was necessary to perform the assembly work including the.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to improve the joint strength by welding of component parts and for a vehicle with a rail device that can facilitate welding work. To provide a seat.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat with a rail device, which is capable of performing an assembling work including a welding work in consideration of a positional relationship with components such as a height link device. is there.
According to the vehicle seat of the present invention, the above-mentioned problem is a seat cushion that is a seating portion, a lower rail that is mounted on a vehicle body floor, extends in a predetermined direction, and is slidably mounted along the lower rail. An upper rail that supports a cushion; and a connecting bracket that is mounted on the upper rail to connect the upper rail and the seat cushion, the connecting bracket including a bottom wall portion that abuts an upper surface of the upper rail, and the bottom wall portion. A side wall portion continuously extending upward from the wall portion, the side wall portion to which the seat cushion side is attached, the bottom wall portion and the side wall portion are connected, and the reinforcement wall portion extends upward from the bottom wall portion toward the side wall portion. When have said that the bottom wall and the upper surface of the upper rail outer peripheral portion of the abutting portion is welded, the welding mark on at least one of an upper surface of the bottom wall portion and the upper rail are formed, the The welding trace extends along the outer peripheral portion and extends in the seat front-rear direction while facing the upper end flange formed at the upper end of the side wall portion and facing the reinforcing wall portion . Will be solved by.
As described above, since the outer rail portion of the contacted portion of the upper rail and the contact portion of the connecting bracket are welded, the upper rail and the connecting bracket are in contact with each other as compared with the conventional example. Since the parts can be directly welded, the joint strength by welding can be improved.
Moreover, since the welding marks formed by welding extend along the outer peripheral portion of the portions in contact with each other, the welding strength can be further improved.

At this time, the reinforcing wall portion inclines upward from the bottom wall portion toward the side wall portion, the inclined surface of the reinforcing wall portion extends in the seat front-rear direction, and It is preferable that the side wall portion extends so as to become wider from the connected portion toward the rear of the seat .
Further, it is preferable that the upper end flange and the reinforcing wall portion are arranged so as to at least partially overlap each other in the seat front-rear direction.
Further, the reinforcing wall portion is inclined upward from the bottom wall portion toward the side wall portion,
It is preferable that the reinforcing wall portion is formed with a reinforcing protrusion protruding upward and extending from a portion continuous with the bottom wall portion to a portion continuous with the side wall portion.
The reinforcing wall portion is inclined upward from the bottom wall portion toward the side wall portion, and the reinforcing wall portion projects upward and extends from the portion continuous with the bottom wall portion to the side wall portion. It is preferable that a reinforcing convex portion extending to a continuous portion is formed.
Further, the seat cushion and the connecting bracket are respectively connected, and a first link and a second link which are attached so as to be rotatable with respect to the connecting bracket are provided, and the first link is more than the second link. Is also preferably arranged in the front of the seat and at a position different from the second link in the seat width direction.
The side wall portion extends so as to project upward in the seat front-rear direction from the first link side toward the second link side, and the upper end flange is attached with the first link in the seat front-rear direction. It is preferable that the side wall portion extends from the opened portion to a portion where the side wall portion projects upward.
Further, it is preferable that the reinforcing wall portion extends in the seat front-rear direction and connects the bottom wall portion and a portion of the side wall portion to which the second link is attached.
Generally, in a vehicle seat provided with a height link device, it is necessary to design so that the height operation lever does not extend as much as possible from the seat body to the outside in the seat width direction. For example, the height operation lever faces the height operation lever. A technique is known in which the second link (driving link) at the position is offset inward with respect to the first link.
Then, by offsetting the links, the joint strength of the connecting bracket is required to be higher than usual, but with the above configuration, the joint strength of the connecting bracket can be sufficiently ensured.
Further, with the above configuration, the rigidity around the second link is increased by providing the reinforcing wall portion even when the second link is offset inward with respect to the first link in consideration of the layout relationship of the height link device. You can
Further, when the second link is offset as described above, when the laser welding is performed on the outer peripheral portion where the upper rail and the connecting bracket are in contact with each other from the inside in the seat width direction, the portion of the connecting bracket that extends to the second link side is an obstacle. It becomes difficult to irradiate the laser properly by aiming at the outer peripheral portion. However, according to the above configuration of the present invention, since the reinforcing wall portion extends upward from the bottom wall portion toward the side wall portion, it is possible to avoid a position that interferes with laser irradiation.
More specifically, in general, when the laser irradiates the target part, part of it rebounds as a reflection laser, so it is necessary to avoid arranging components in the area where the reflection laser passes. With the structure of the connecting bracket, the work of laser welding can be suitably performed.
Further, as described above, since the reinforcing wall portion is inclined upward from the bottom wall portion toward the side wall portion, the laser welding work can be performed more suitably by considering the reflection angle of the laser, for example.
Further, since the reinforcing protrusion is formed, the rigidity around the second link can be further enhanced.
According to the present invention, as compared with the conventional example, the portion where the upper rail and the connecting bracket are in contact with each other can be directly welded, so that the joint strength by welding can be improved. In addition, since the welding marks extend along the outer peripheral portion of the portions in contact with each other, the welding strength can be further improved .
Further, according to the present invention, the joint strength of the connecting bracket can be further improved, and in particular, the stress applied in the seat width direction can be efficiently received.
Further, according to the present invention, the joint strength of the connecting bracket is generally required to be offset by offsetting the links from each other, but the joint strength of the connecting bracket can be sufficiently secured.
Further, according to the present invention, the rigidity around the second link can be increased even when the second link is offset with respect to the first link in consideration of the layout relationship of the height link device. Further, even when the second link is offset as described above, the laser welding work can be preferably performed.
Further, according to the present invention, for example, the laser welding operation can be more preferably performed in consideration of the laser reflection angle. Further, the rigidity around the second link can be further enhanced.
According to the invention of claim 4, since the outer peripheral portion that can be welded can be extended by the notch, the welding strength is improved and the degree of freedom of the welding position is increased.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the notch is formed in the outer peripheral portion of the bottom wall portion while avoiding the position of the side wall portion, and at a position where the laser welding operation is facilitated.
According to the invention of claim 6, the joint strength of the connecting bracket is generally required to be offset by offsetting the links from each other. However, the joint strength of the connecting bracket can be sufficiently secured.
According to the invention of claim 7, the work of welding toward the notch becomes easy.
According to the invention of claim 8, the rigidity around the second link can be enhanced even when the second link is offset with respect to the first link in consideration of the layout relationship of the height link device. Further, even when the second link is offset as described above, the laser welding work can be preferably performed.
According to the invention of claim 9, for example, the laser welding operation can be more suitably performed in consideration of the reflection angle of the laser. Further, the rigidity around the second link can be further enhanced.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the

The second welded
In the above configuration, the first welded
Therefore, welding work can be performed from a position where a space can be relatively easily secured.
Further, in the above-mentioned configuration, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
Generally, in the seat with the
By arranging the links offset with each other in this manner, the joint strength of the connecting
Further, in the above-described configuration, the reinforcing
Generally, when laser welding is attempted from the inner side in the seat width direction, the portion of the connecting
Specifically, when the laser irradiates the target part, part of it rebounds as a reflection laser, so it is necessary to avoid arranging components in the area where the reflection laser passes. With the structure of the connecting
<Other embodiments>
In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the vehicle seat S is configured to include the
Further, instead of the connecting
In the above-described embodiment, the connecting
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting
For example, the outer peripheral portion may be laser-welded only from the outer side in the seat width direction, or may be laser-welded only from the front side of the seat.
When the outer peripheral portion is laser-welded only from the outer side in the sheet width direction, the
At this time, the welding location of the first welded
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer peripheral portion of the portion where the connecting
In general, since the connecting
