アーマチュア76が単一の復帰ばねにより支柱52に直接接続される場合には、装置がONになることを確実にするために一定の高電流が印加されなければならない。アーマチュア76がOFF位置にあるときの最大の隙間において最初に最小のストローク力が生じる。アーマチュア76が支柱52に直接取り付けられかつ支柱52がノッチまたは歯30の間にある場合には、装置が常にストロークして最終的にONになることを確実にするために高電流を維持しなければならない。カムプレート22は、支柱52が落ち込むことができるように回転しなければならない。そのため、ソレノイド14がONである限り、一貫して高い電流を維持しなければならない。これは問題である。ソレノイド14は、この手法を用いることで過熱する可能性がある。解決策は、U字形接続部を介して支柱52に取り付くプランジャ70と称される2つのばね66、76(アクチュエータコアまたはアーマチュア76および第2の内部ピストン)を使用することである。この構成において、アーマチュア76は、常にONにストロークし、カムまたは歯30に対する支柱52の位置とは無関係に全3mm進んで隙間を閉じる。アーマチュア76をON位置に保持する力は、隙間が閉じられたときの大きさだけ増加する。アーマチュア76は、支柱52に取り付けられたプランジャ70を押圧する第2のばね74を押圧する。
従来技術は、内輪の速度を検知するためにクラッチの外輪の外側を通過する速度センサを有する。それは順方向に転動するときの非同期の逆方向シフトのためであると考えられていた。
Claims (5)
- 電子制御式車両用変速機において、
変速機ケースと、
回転軸線を中心に回転するように支持されたカップリング部材であって、前記カップリング部材が、1組の係止形成部を備えた第1のカップリング面を有し、前記係止形成部の各々が第1の耐荷重面を画定する、カップリング部材と、
前記変速機ケースに取り付けられた電気機械構成部品であって、
前記第1のカップリング面に近接離間して対向した状態にある第2のカップリング面を有する端壁であって、前記端壁の内面と連通した状態にある、耐荷重面を画定する単一のポケットを有する前記端壁を含む、閉鎖された軸方向端部を有するハウジング部と、
前記ハウジング部により少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれた少なくとも1つの励磁コイルを含む電磁波源と、
非カップリング位置において前記ポケット内に受け入れられると共に、前記カップリング部材を前記ケースに結合するために前記ポケットから外方にカップリング位置へ移動可能である要素であって、前記カップリング位置が、前記係止形成部のうちの1つの前記係止形成部のそれぞれの面および前記端壁との前記要素の当接係合により特徴付けられる、要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの励磁コイルに対して同心状に配設されると共に、前記少なくとも1つの励磁コイルに電流が供給されたときに軸方向に移動可能である往復運動するアーマチュアであって、前記要素を前記カップリング位置と前記非カップリング位置との間で移動させるために前記要素に接続されるアーマチュアと
を含む電気機械構成部品と
を備えることを特徴とする変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の変速機において、前記要素が少なくとも1つの突出する脚部分を含み、各脚部分が開口を有し、かつ前記電気機械構成部品が、前記アーマチュアの往復運動に応答して前記要素の回転運動を可能にするために各開口内に受け入れられた枢支ピンを更に含むことを特徴とする変速機。
- 請求項2に記載の変速機において、アーマチュアと共に移動するように前記アーマチュアに接続されたプランジャを更に備え、前記プランジャの先端部が前記枢支ピンを介して前記要素に接続されることを特徴とする変速機。
- 請求項3に記載の変速機において、前記プランジャがばね負荷されることを特徴とする変速機。
- 請求項1に記載の変速機において、前記ハウジング部が、前記電気機械構成部品を前記変速機ケースに取り付けるための少なくとも1つの取付フランジを有することを特徴とする変速機。
