Description
図1及び図2は、本発明形態に係る歩行能力改善システム1を示し、各種センサ群が搭載された一対の靴2A、2Bからなる装着式歩容検知装置2と、無線通信回線を通じて外部ネットワークに接続された管理サーバ4との通信が可能な情報端末装置3とから構成されており、当該一対の靴2A、2Bを装着する装着者の歩容状態を検知するようになされている。
図3は、装着式歩容検知装置2に搭載される制御ユニット14のうち制御部20についての構成図である。制御部20はマイクロコンピュータを主体として構成され、重心位置算出部40、足移動軌跡算出部41、障害物検知部42、発現症状認識部43、感覚刺激生成部44を機能ブロックとして有する。
以上の構成において、歩行能力改善システム1において、装着式歩容検知装置2の制御部20は、一対の靴2A、2Bを履いている装着者が歩行中に、各足の重心位置及び移動軌跡を検知しながら、当該各足の重心(床反力中心)の軌跡を算出する。
本発明において、装着式歩容検知装置2を図1のように、制御ユニット14や各種センサ群等10〜13を一対の靴2A、2Bにそれぞれ所定位置に搭載した場合について述べたが、本発明はこれに限らず、床反力センサ10及び光位置センサ11以外は、靴2A(2B)における装着者が所望する位置に装着自在に自由に搭載するようにしても良い。床反力センサ10も靴の中敷として着脱自在に取り付けても良く、光位置センサ11も着脱自在にして取り付け有無を装着者の選択にしても良い。
Claims (7)
- 装着者が左右一対の靴を装着した状態で歩容を検知する装着式歩容検知装置において、
前記各靴の内側底部に取り付けられ、前記装着者の足の裏面の荷重を測定する荷重測定部と、
前記各靴の所定位置に搭載され、前記足の移動時における加速度及び角速度のいずれか一方または両方を検出する足動作検出部と、
前記荷重測定部により測定された各荷重の変化に基づいて、前記各足の重心位置を算出する重心位置算出部と、
前記足動作検出部により検出された各加速度及び/又は各角速度に基づいて、前記各足の移動軌跡を算出する移動軌跡算出部と、
算出された前記各足の重心位置及び移動軌跡とに基づいて、当該各足の重心変動の特異性に応じた脳への発現症状を認識する発現症状認識部と、
前記発現症状認識部の認識結果に基づいて、前記装着者への感覚としてフィードバック伝達させる感覚出力部と
を備えることを特徴とする装着式歩容検知装置。 - 前記発現症状認識部が所定の発現症状を認識している場合であって、前記各足の重心変動の特異性の度合いに応じて、前記装着者に伝達させる感覚の大きさ及び伝達パターンを設定する感覚刺激生成部を備え、
前記感覚出力部は、前記感覚刺激生成部により設定された感覚の大きさ及び伝達パターンにて前記装着者に対して感覚的にフィードバック伝達させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装着式歩容検知装置。 - 前記各靴の先端に取り付けられ、前記装着者の歩行時に足元の障害物を検知する物体検知部をさらに備え、
前記感覚刺激生成部は、前記発現症状認識部が所定の発現症状を認識している場合のみ、前記物体検知部の検知結果である所定の警告信号を前記感覚出力部に送出し、
前記感覚出力部は、前記警告信号に基づいて、前記装着者への感覚をフィードバック伝達させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装着式歩容検知装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の装着式歩容検知装置と、
当該装着式歩容検知装置に設けられ、前記発現症状認識部による前記各足の重心変動を表すデータを送信する送信部と、
前記装着式歩容検知装置と別体に設けられ、前記送信部から送信される前記データを受信する受信部と、当該受信部を介して受信した前記データを通信回線を介して管理サーバに送信するデータ端末装置と
を備えることを特徴とする歩行能力改善システム。 - 前記感覚出力部は、前記一対の靴及び前記データ端末装置のいずれか一方又は両方に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の歩行能力改善システム。 - 前記発現症状認識部は、前記データ端末装置を介して前記管理サーバから読み出された前記データに基づいて、前記装着者の脳への発現症状の進行度合いを把握し、
前記感覚刺激生成部は、前記発現症状認識部において把握された前記装着者の脳への発現症状の進行度合いに応じて、前記装着者に伝達させる感覚の大きさ及び伝達パターンを設定し、
前記感覚出力部は、前記感覚刺激生成部により設定された感覚の大きさ及び伝達パターンにて前記装着者に対して感覚的にフィードバック伝達させる
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の歩行能力改善システム。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装着式歩容検知装置と、
当該装着式歩容検知装置とは別体に設けられ、電源から供給される電力を所定の給電方式により非接触で供給可能な給電装置と、
前記装着式歩容検知装置の一対の靴にそれぞれ内蔵され、前記給電装置から給電される電力を前記給電方式に基づいて受電し、当該各靴内の回路全体の動作電力を供給する充電可能なバッテリに供給する受電装置と
を備えることを特徴とする装着式歩容検知システム。
