Description
Claims (1)
- ネオジウム、サマリウム、テルビウム、ホルミウム、エルビウムおよびツリウムの少なくともいずれか、酸化イットリウムを13質量%以上20質量%以下および酸化ジルコニムを含む粉体の成形体を加圧することなく焼成することによって、酸化ジルコニウム結晶における結晶構造が立方晶であるビーム検出用の蛍光性ジルコニアを作製する、ビーム検出用の蛍光性ジルコニア材の製造方法。
