Claims (6)
- 機構プラットフォームと、
前記機構プラットフォーム上に配置される容器と、
前記機構プラットフォーム上に配置され、前記容器に液体形成材料を注入するように構成された注入モジュールと、を備え、
前記注入モジュールは、
前記液体形成材料を収容するボトル本体と、
前記ボトル本体に接続された変形可能な開口部材と、
前記変形可能な開口部材の傍に配置されて前記変形可能な開口部材を変形させる駆動アセンブリと、
前記変形可能な開口部材と前記容器との間に接続されるフローガイド部材と、を備え、
前記駆動アセンブリが前記変形可能な開口部材を開状態に駆動した場合、前記ボトル本体内の前記液体形成材料が、前記変形可能な開口部材を介してフローガイド部材へ流れ、前記フローガイド部材を介して前記容器に流れ、
前記駆動アセンブリが前記変形可能な開口部材を閉状態に駆動した場合、前記ボトル本体内の前記液体形成材料は、前記変形可能な開口部材からフローガイド部材へ流れることを停止し、
前記変形可能な開口部材は、切り込みを有するゴム部材であり、前記駆動アセンブリは前記変形可能な開口部材を圧迫して前記切り込みを開く、または前記駆動アセンブリは前記変形可能な開口部材から離れるように移動して前記切り込みを閉じる、ことを特徴とする3Dプリンタ。 - 前記注入モジュールは、スタンドを備え、前記ボトル本体は前記スタンドに組み付けられ、前記駆動アセンブリは、
前記スタンドに組み付けられた動力源と、
前記動力源に接続されて駆動される移動部材と、を備え、
前記変形可能な開口部材は、前記移動部材の移動経路上に配置され、前記変形可能な開口部材が前記移動部材によって圧迫されているか否かに基づいて、前記開状態と前記閉状態との間で状態を変える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。 - 前記動力源は、ソレノイドである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記注入モジュールは、スタンドを備え、前記ボトル本体は前記スタンドに組み付けられ、前記駆動アセンブリは、
前記スタンドに組み付けられた動力源と、
前記スタンドのレールに移動可能に結合され、前記動力源に接続されて駆動される移動部材と、を備え、
前記変形可能な開口部材は、前記移動部材の移動経路上に配置され、前記変形可能な開口部材が前記移動部材によって圧迫されているか否かに基づいて、前記開状態と前記閉状態との間で状態を変える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。 - 前記動力源は、スクリューモータである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記ボトル本体と、前記変形可能な開口部材と、前記フローガイド部材と、前記容器とは、重力方向に沿って連なる形で構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。
