Claims (5)
- 癌を治療する組成物を調製するための組成物の使用であって、前記組成物が、1,2,3,4,6-ペンタ-O-ガロイル-ベータ-D-グルコピラノシド(1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl -Beta-D-glucopyranoside,PGG)化合物を含み、
前記癌を治療する組成物が、ソラフェニブ(sorafenib)と結合し、多重の投与法(multi-administered method)を用いて被験者に投与し、
前記1,2,3,4,6-ペンタ-O-ガロイル-ベータ-D-グルコピラノシド(PGG)が、芍薬(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.)又は五倍子(Galla Chinesis)からメタノールで抽出し、中圧液体クロマトグラフィー(MPLC)法及びデキストランゲルLH-20カラム法により分離し、
前記1,2,3,4,6-ペンタ-O-ガロイル-ベータ-D-グルコピラノシド(PGG)が、芍薬(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.)から抽出する場合、条件は以下の通りであり、
中圧液体クロマトグラフィー(MPLC)が、ジクロロメタン(Dichloromethane)及びメタノールを移動相溶媒として分離し、移動相の条件が、100%ジクロロメタンから60%ジクロロメタン/40%メタノールまでの直線勾配で1時間溶出し、次に40%メタノールから100%メタノールまでの直線勾配で20分間溶出し、最後に、100%メタノールで20分間溶出し、流速は18 ml/分、デキストランゲルLH-20(Sephadex LH-20)カラムが、メタノールを移動相溶媒として溶出し、
前記1,2,3,4,6-ペンタ-O-ガロイル-ベータ-D-グルコピラノシド(PGG)が、五倍子(Galla Chinesis)から抽出する場合、条件は以下の通りであり、
中圧液体クロマトグラフィー(MPLC)が、ジクロロメタン:メタノール= 90:10で溶出し、画分E1を得、酢酸エチル:メタノール:0.1%酢酸= 15:2:0.5で溶出し、画分E2を得、100%メタノールで溶出し、画分E3を得、デキストランゲルLH-20(Sephadex LH-20)カラムが、メタノールを移動相溶媒として溶出する、前記組成物の使用。 - 前記癌を治療する組成物が、食品又は医薬品であり、肝臓の障害、前立腺癌及びヒト前骨髄球性白血病の治療又は保健の少なくとも一つに用いられる、請求項1に記載の組成物の使用。
- グリシン-N-メチルトランスフェラーゼ(GNMT)の促進及びc-Mycタンパク質の阻害に用いられる、請求項1に記載の組成物の使用。
- 生物体の癌を阻害する化合物を調製するための化合物の使用であって、
前記化合物が、1,2,3,4,6-ペンタ-O-ガロイル-ベータ-D-グルコピラノシド(1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl -Beta-D-glucopyranoside,PGG)を含み、
