Description
本出願は、2013年10月11日に出願された「Systems and Methods for Pressure Differential Molecular Spectroscopy of Compressible Fluids」と題する米国仮特許出願第61/890,119号に基づく優先権および利益を主張しており、その内容は、その全体が本明細書中に参考として援用される。
本発明は、一般的には、圧縮性流体の化学的組成を識別するための分光システムおよび関連する方法に関する。

Claims (16)
- 圧縮性流体試料中の化学的組成および/または微量不純物を測定するための分光システムであって、
電磁放射線を発生させるための電磁放射線源と、
圧縮性流体試料を含む試料セルに通して発生した電磁放射線を方向付けるための光学素子と、
前記流体試料を含む前記試料セルから電磁放射線を受け取るための、および前記流体試料に関連するスペクトル情報を示す電気信号を発生させるための光検出器アレイと、
前記試料セル内の前記流体試料の圧力を変更し、それによって試料密度を変更するための圧力変調システムと、
プロセッサおよび命令が格納されたメモリであって、前記命令は、前記プロセッサにより実行されると、前記流体試料における、異なる試料圧力で取得された少なくとも2つの吸収スペクトルを、前記異なる試料圧力間で反復サイクルすることなく、前記プロセッサに識別および/または解析させ、それによって前記流体試料についての差分吸収スペクトルを識別する、プロセッサおよびメモリと
を備える、分光システム。 - 前記試料セルが、測定中に前記流体試料が中を流れるのを可能にするフローセルである、請求項1に記載の分光システム。
- 前記圧力変調システムが、測定中にわたって一定の流速を維持する一方、第1の圧力におよび第2の圧力に前記試料セル内の前記流体試料の測定圧力を設定することを可能にする、請求項1に記載の分光システム。

コンピューティングデバイスのプロセッサにより、前記第1のスペクトルおよび前記第2のスペクトルを使用して前記試料について差分吸収スペクトルを決定するステップと、
前記差分吸収スペクトルを使用して、前記プロセッサにより、前記試料の1つ以上の構成要素を識別するか、そして/または前記プロセッサにより、前記試料の前記1つ以上の構成要素の1つ以上の濃度を識別するステップと
を含み、
前記試料セルがフローセルであり、前記試料が圧縮性流体ラインから引き込まれ、

前記差分吸収スペクトルを使用して、前記プロセッサにより、前記試料の1つ以上の構成要素を識別するか、そして/または前記プロセッサにより、前記試料の前記1つ以上の構成要素の1つ以上の濃度を識別するステップと
を含み、
前記試料セルがフローセルであり、前記試料が圧縮性流体ラインから引き込まれ、

前記差分吸収スペクトルを使用して、前記プロセッサにより、前記試料の1つ以上の構成要素を識別するか、そして/または前記プロセッサにより、前記試料の前記1つ以上の構成要素の1つ以上の濃度を識別するステップと
を含み、
前記試料セルがフローセルであり、前記試料が圧縮性流体ラインから引き込まれ、

を含み、
