Description

Claims (17)
- ロック機構を備える携帯型筐体と、
前記携帯型筐体と協働し、人間の手首又は足首に巻きつけて係止されるように構成されたバンドと、
前記バンドの不正な操作又は不正な取り外しを検出するように、前記筐体又は前記バンドに対して構成された不正操作検出装置と、
を具備し、
前記ロック機構が、
電源、
前記筐体内に前記バンドの少なくとも一端を係止するように構成されたラッチ、
前記ラッチに接続された形状記憶材料部品、及び
前記形状記憶材料部品を加熱するように前記電源を制御して、電力の供給時に前記形状記憶材料部品を第1長さ及び/又は第1形状から第2長さ及び/又は第2形状へと変化させる電気回路、
を具備し、
前記形状記憶材料部品が前記第1長さ及び/又は形状を有しているときは、前記バンドの一端が外されることを前記ラッチが防止し、前記形状記憶材料部品が前記第2長さ及び/又は形状を有しているときは、前記バンドの一端を外せるように前記ラッチが移動し、
前記電気回路が、前記電源から供給される電流量に基づいて、前記形状記憶材料部品の加熱を制御するように構成され、
前記ロック機構が、
パルス幅変調駆動回路を備え、前記形状記憶材料部品を加熱するように前記電気回路がトリガされた際に、前記電気回路と連携して所定時間だけ電力を供給させるタイマ部品と、
前記携帯型筐体に協働するように配設された双方向ネットワーク通信装置と、
位置の判定及び位置信号の送信を容易にするための追跡要素と、
前記不正操作検出装置が不正操作を検出した際に、前記双方向通信装置を介して送信される不正操作信号を生成するように構成された不正操作信号生成回路と、
を更に具備する、追跡装置。 - 前記形状記憶材料部品が、形状記憶材料の合金である、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記形状記憶材料部品が、電気活性ポリマーである、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記形状記憶材料部品が、捩じれ状カーボンナノチューブである、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記形状記憶材料部品が、形状記憶材料のワイヤを具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記不正操作検出装置が不正操作を検出した際に可聴警報信号を生成する可聴警報装置を更に具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記携帯型筐体上で前記双方向通信装置に接続され、前記双方向通信装置を介して送信されるパニック信号を生成するパニックボタンを更に具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記携帯型筐体及び/又は前記バンド内に配置され、
1つ以上の生体指標を測定し、
前記1つ以上の生体指標のうちの1つ以上の指標の測定に基づいてストレスがあると判定された場合に、前記双方向通信装置を介して送信される、ストレス警告及び位置データを提供する信号を生成するように構成された
ストレス検出器を更に具備する、
請求項1に記載された追跡装置。 - 前記ラッチが、干渉ブロックを具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記ラッチが、前記筐体内で前記バンドの一端をロックするように機能する第1位置と、前記バンドを前記携帯型筐体から外せるようにする第2位置との間で、軸を中心に枢動する干渉ブロックを具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記電気回路が、前記形状記憶材料部品に供給される電流のレベルを所定の電流範囲に制限するように構成されている、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記電気回路が前記電源から前記形状記憶材料部品に電流を供給した際に、前記形状記憶材料部品が、前記第1長さ及び第1形状から前記第2長さ及び第2形状へと変化する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記ラッチが、干渉ブロックに直接的に又は間接的に取り付けられたレバーを具備し、
前記形状記憶材料部品が前記第2長さ及び/又は形状であるときに、前記レバーが前記干渉ブロックを前記バンドとの干渉状態から離脱するように移動させて、前記バンドを前記携帯型筐体から外せるようにするように構成されている、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。 - 前記ラッチは、前記形状記憶材料部品の長さ及び/又は形状が変化するときに、第1干渉位置と第2非干渉位置との間で摺動するように構成された干渉ブロックを具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記干渉ブロックを前記第1干渉位置に保持するように配設されたばねを更に具備する、請求項10に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記電源が、バッテリ、運動エネルギ充電器、及び誘導素子の群から選択された電流源を具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
- 前記追跡要素が、GPS回路及びセル方式電話回路の群から選択された1つ以上の回路を具備する、請求項1に記載された追跡装置。
