Claims (13)
- カプセル(20)内に含まれた抽出素材から抽出物を製造するための抽出機器であり、カプセルのための抽出チャンバを形成するための抽出モジュール(10)と、圧力下で水を前記抽出チャンバに供給するためのポンプ(5)を備える水供給部と、制御部(9)および前記抽出チャンバ内への流体の流れを測定する手段を有し、前記制御部(9)は少なくとも所定の条件下において、測定された流体の流れに依存する方法で前記ポンプ(5)のポンプ動力を制御し、少ない流体の流れが与えられた際、大きな流体の流れと比較してポンプ動力が低減されるよう、前記ポンプに接続されかつ設計されることを特徴とする、抽出機器。
- 温水器(7)および温度センサ(8)を備え、前記制御部(9)は前記温度センサによって測定された水の温度に応じて前記温水器(7)を作動させるよう設計された、請求項1に記載の抽出機器。
- 前記制御部は、抽出手順中に決定される流れに応じて前記ポンプ電力を制御するよう設計された、請求項1または2のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器。
- 圧力計を有しない、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器。
- 前記抽出チャンバ内への前記流体の流れを決定する手段は前記水供給部の供給導管に配置された流れセンサ(3)である、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器。
- 前記カプセル(20)を認証するためのモジュール(15)を備え、前記制御部(9)は前記ポンプ(5)のポンプ動力を測定された流体の流れに応じて認証されたカプセルの性質に応じたプログラムによって制御するよう設計された、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器。
- 前記ポンプ動力は、前記流体の流れがしきい値に達しないとすぐに因子K0 を乗ずることによって低減され、0<K 0 <1である、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器。
- 前記ポンプ動力は前記流体の流れが第1のしきい値に達しないとすぐに補正因子Kを乗ずることによって減じられ、前記補正因子は、前記流体の流れの連続的な線形関数である、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器。
- 前記ポンプ動力は、前記流体の流れが第1のしきい値に達しないとすぐに、1と、第2のしきい値における最小補正因子Kmの値との間の値である因子が乗じられ、前記Kmの値は0.3から0.8の間にある、請求項8に記載の抽出機器。
- 前記ポンプ電力は前記流体の流れが第1のしきい値に達しないとすぐに補正因子Kを乗ずることによって減じられ、前記補正因子Kは前記流体の流れの連続的な非線形関数である、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器。
- 抽出物を準備するための準備システムであって、請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の抽出機器と、抽出素材を有する部分カプセルを有し、前記部分カプセルは形状に関しては前記抽出チャンバと一致し、穿刺可能なカプセル壁を備える、準備システム。
- 前記カプセル壁はプラスチック製である、請求項11に記載の準備システム。
- 抽出機器のカプセル(20)内に含まれた抽出素材から抽出物を準備するための、カプセルのための抽出チャンバを形成するための抽出モジュール(10)と、圧力下において前記抽出チャンバに水を供給するためのポンプ(5)を備える水供給部を有する請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の抽出機器の操作方法であって、抽出チャンバへの流体の流れは測定され、前記ポンプのポンプ動力は抽出過程中測定された流体の流れに応じる方法で制御され、少ない流体の流れが与えられた際、大きな流体の流れと比較して前記ポンプ電力は低減されることを特徴とする方法。
