Claims (16)
- 長骨に髄内釘を位置決め及び/又は固定するための位置決め装置であって、
ガイドボウ(1)であって、
調節装置(3)であって、前記調節装置(3)は、少なくとも1つの標定装置(5)を有し、前記標定装置(5)は、前記髄内釘に設けられた貫通開口(25)内へ挿入又はねじ込まれるロック装置(21)、又は前記ロック装置(21)に作用する器具(23)を少なくとも部分的に受けるように設計される、調節装置(3)と、
スリーブ(7)を有するスリーブガイド(2)であって、前記スリーブ(7)は、前記スリーブガイド(2)に対して回転及び/又は摺動できるように前記スリーブガイド(2)に取り付けられ、前記スリーブ(7)は、前記髄内釘を開放可能に固定するためのガイド装置(9)を受けるための長手方向の貫通開口を有する、スリーブガイド(2)とを、
有する、ガイドボウ(1)を備え、
前記調節装置(3)が、前記標定装置(5)と共に前記ガイドボウ(1)の長手方向(x方向)に移動可能になるように配置され、前記標定装置(5)が、前記位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)の使用中に前記髄内釘(19)に位置合わせされ、
前記ガイドボウ(1)が、少なくとも部分的に、円形のボウとして設計され、前記調節装置(3)が、少なくとも部分的に前記円形のボウに沿って移動可能になるように配置される、
位置決め装置。 - 前記スリーブ(7)に挿入されるガイド装置(9)を更に備える、請求項1に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記スリーブ(7)及び/又は前記ガイド装置(9)が、解放可能に髄内釘(19)に連結されるための連結部を更に備える、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記スリーブ(7)が、前記スリーブ(7)に沿って前記ガイドボウ(1)の一部をガイドするか、又は前記ガイドボウ(1)に沿って前記スリーブガイド(2)の一部をガイドする摺動ガイド(29)を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記ガイドボウ(1)の一部又は前記スリーブガイド(2)の一部は、ガイドステップ(31)である、請求項4に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記ガイドボウ(1)が、少なくとも2つの位置間で移動可能なスナップインピン(39)を備え、前記スリーブ(7)が、前記スナップインピン(39)を挿入又はスナップインするための少なくとも1つのスナップイン位置(35)を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記スナップイン位置(35)が、前記スリーブ(7)の周方向(13)に配置される縦溝を有し、前記縦溝が、前記スナップインピン(39)が前記スナップイン位置(35)にあるときに、前記スナップインピン(39)を前記スリーブ(7)の前記周方向(13)に動かすことを可能にする、請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記スリーブ(7)が、前記スリーブ(7)に対する前記ガイドボウ(1)の位置を制御又はモニタするための印(37)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記ガイド装置(9)が、外ねじ(51)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 工具(55)を導入するための前記ガイド装置(9)が、中空の内部を有し、長手方向の開口を有し、且つ/又は管状である、請求項9に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記ガイドボウ(1)が、前記円形のボウに沿って、前記調節装置(3)の変位経路を制限するための停止部を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記標定装置(5)が、前記髄内釘(19)に面し、かつ、前記調節装置(3)を通過する開口を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記標定装置(5)が、前記スリーブ(7)の周方向(13)に、変位可能又は移動可能な、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記標定装置(5)が、前記調節装置(3)に配置され、前記調節装置(3)に対して変位可能な、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 前記標定装置(5)が、前記標定装置(5)を前記調節装置(3)に対して動かすために、少なくとも第1の位置で移動可能に配置され、且つ前記標定装置(5)を前記調節装置(3)に対して解放可能に固定するために、少なくとも第2の位置で移動不能に配置される、請求項14に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
- 髄内釘(19)に解放可能に連結される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置(100、100’、100’’)。
