Claims (14)
- 生体組織に使用する電気手術器具であって、
ハンドル(10)と、
電極(11、111)を囲み、かつ前記ハンドル(10)に保持される外側シャフト(12)と、
前記ハンドル(10)に設けられ、かつ前記電極(11、111)に対して前記外側シャフト(12)を軸方向に移動させる作動機構(13)とを備え、
前記電極(11、111)に対して前記外側シャフト(12)を移動させることにより、前記電極(11、111)を屈曲させられるように、前記外側シャフト(12)の末端領域(65)において、前記外側シャフト(12)と前記電極(11、111)とは機械的に相互接続され、
前記外側シャフト(12)は、前記末端領域(65)に屈曲可能領域(44)を有し、
前記電極(11)は、前記屈曲可能領域(44)の末端(46)で固定され、
前記電極(11)は、前記作動機構(13)から前記外側シャフト(12)を介して導入される張力又は圧縮力を伝達することによって前記屈曲稼働領域(44)を偏位させる押し引きロッドとして機械的な機能を有する
電気手術器具。 - 前記電極(11)は、前記屈曲可能領域(44)において可撓性を有し、前記電極(11)に対して前記外側シャフト(12)を移動させることにより、前記外側シャフト(12)の前記屈曲可能領域(44)を屈曲させることができる
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記屈曲可能領域(44)には、前記電極(11)を囲む可撓性のスリーブ(47)が備えられ、当該スリーブ(47)の可撓性は、縦方向及び/又は横方向に入れられたスリットによるものであり、前記電極(11)が当該スリーブ(47)と接続され、圧縮力及び張力を伝達する
請求項1又は2に記載の器具。 - 前記スリーブ(47)の基端(45)は、第1剛性シャフト部分(48)と接続され、前記スリーブ(47)の末端(46)は、第2剛性シャフト部分(49)と接続される
請求項3に記載の器具。 - 前記屈曲可能領域(44)には、前記外側シャフト(12)の前記屈曲可能領域(44)における部分の外壁となる熱収縮ホースが設けられる
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記電極(11)は、前記末端領域(65)に屈曲可能領域(144)を有し、当該屈曲可能領域(144)において可撓性を有し、前記電極(11)に対して前記外側シャフト(12)を移動させることにより、前記電極(11)の当該屈曲可能領域(144)を屈曲させることができる
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記電極(11)は、前記末端領域(65)において、前記電極(11)の先端部分において、接続部材(62)によって前記外側シャフト(12)と機械的に接続され、当該接続部材(62)は、バンド、ピン、クリップ、又はタブ状のものであり、可撓性を有し、金属製である
請求項5又は6に記載の器具。 - 前記電極(11)の前記屈曲可能領域(144)は、対向する複数のスリット(63)によって形成され、当該複数のスリット(63)は、各々が前記電極(11)の軸方向中間を超えて延在し、重複領域(64)を形成する
請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記複数のスリット(63)は、相互に約0.2mm離間し、前記軸方向中間を中心に約0.6mm重なり合う
請求項8に記載の器具。 - 前記複数のスリット(63)の幅は、0.1mmから1.0mmである
請求項8又は9に記載の器具。 - 前記ハンドル(10)は、前記外側シャフト(12)に継続的に制動力を付与する制動装置を有し、前記作動機構(13)は、増速ギア(15)を備えた回転ホイール(14)を構成し、当該増速ギア(15)は、前記外側シャフト(12)と接続され、軸方向の力を伝達する
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記回転ホイール(14)は、駆動ギア(16)と、当該駆動ギア(16)と回転不能に接続され、かつ前記外側シャフト(12)と接続されて圧縮力を伝達する1以上の被駆動ギア(17)とを含み、当該被駆動ギア(17)の直径は、当該駆動ギア(16)の直径より小さく、前記作動機構(13)は、軸に沿って推力方向に移動可能なキャリッジ(18)を含み、当該キャリッジ(18)は、一方の面で前記外側シャフト(12)と接続され、他方の面で前記増速ギア(15)と接続され、さらに、1以上の第1ギアラック(
19)を有し、当該第1ギアラック(19)は、推力方向に平行に配置され、かつ当該被駆動ギア(17)と噛合する
請求項10に記載の器具。 - 前記電極(11、111)並びに前記外側シャフト(12)はそれぞれ、その長手軸を中心に前記ハンドル(10)に対して回転可能となるように配置され、前記電極(11、111)は、スライド式スリーブ(25)によってガイドされ、当該スライド式スリーブ(25)は、前記外側シャフト(12)と前記電極(11、111)とを回転不能かつ軸方向には移動可能となるよう接続し、当該スライド式スリーブ(25)の少なくとも複数部分は、その内周に前記電極(11、111)と確動連結する歯体を有し、これに対応するように前記電極(11、111)の複数部分が歯形加工されてトルクを伝達し、さらに、当該スライド式スリーブ(25)と前記キャリッジ(18)とは、回転方向に可動であり、当該スライド式スリーブ(25)の軸方向において強固に接続されて圧縮力を伝達し、前記キャリッジ(18)は、その外縁の少なくとも一部に、当該スライド式スリーブ(25)を囲む保持リング(28)を有する
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 生体組織に使用する電気手術装置であって、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の器具を備える
