Claims (20)
- 関節の肢に前記関節の所定の回転軸を中心とする屈曲運動が印加されたときに前記関節の固縮を評価する関節固縮評価装置であって、
その測定軸が前記屈曲運動の回転軸に平行になるように前記肢に装着する一軸角速度センサと、
前記一軸角速度センサの信号を処理し、処理した角速度信号を用いて前記関節の非固縮状態と固縮状態を区別するように構成されたデータプロセッサと、
を備え、
前記データプロセッサは、前記角速度信号の平均値と前記角速度信号の平均ピーク値との積の平方根によって非固縮指標を計算するように構成されている、装置。 - 患者の前記肢に貼り付ける皮膚接触パッチをさらに備え、前記一軸角速度センサが前記皮膚接触パッチに取り付けられる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記関節は患者の手首関節であり、前記肢は手である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記屈曲運動の回転軸は前記手首関節の伸展−屈曲の回転軸である、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記皮膚接触パッチは前記手の掌又は甲に貼り付ける皮膚接触パッチである、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記データプロセッサは、1サイクルの前記屈曲運動に亘って、前記角速度信号の平均値と前記角速度信号の平均ピーク値との積の平方根によって非固縮指標を計算するように構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記データプロセッサは、計算された前記非固縮指標が所定の閾値を超える場合に非固縮状態を検出することによって非固縮状態と固縮状態を区別するように構成されている、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記データプロセッサは、入力が前記非固縮指標である多項式関数を用いて前記関節の固縮の定量連続スケールを計算するように構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記データプロセッサは、1サイクルの前記屈曲運動に亘って前記非固縮指標の2つのピークに挟まれる非最小谷を検出することによって前記関節の歯車様固縮を検出するように構成されている、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記データプロセッサは、前記非固縮指標の2つのピークに挟まれる非最小谷を検出することによって前記関節の歯車様固縮を検出するように構成され、
前記検出は、
前記非固縮指標の信号のすべてのピークと谷を時間に沿って抽出し、
各谷とこの谷を囲む2つのピークとの間にそれぞれ可能な三角形を描き、

- 伸縮性布バンドをさらに備え、前記皮膚接触パッチは前記バンドの一体伸縮性部分である、請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 患者の脳深部刺激手術で用いるための請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記データプロセッサに装着されたディスプレイをさらに備え、前記データプロセッサは前記一軸角速度センサに無線接続される、請求項1から18のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記データプロセッサに無線接続されたディスプレイをさらに備え、前記データプロセッサは前記一軸角速度センサに電気的に接続され、前記データプロセッサは前記皮膚接触パッチに取り付けられている、請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
