Description
Claims (18)
- 外科的に形成された生体腔の内面を照射する装置であって、
流体を収容し且つ前記外科的に形成された生体腔内に配置されるように構成された流体不透過膜、
前記膜内に設けられた発光器、前記膜の外面上に設けられたローズベンガル、および
前記膜内に設けられた流体、を備え、
前記流体は、前記発光器によって放射された光の強度が、前記膜に近接する前記外科的に形成された生体腔の内面全体にわたって実質的に均一であるように、前記光を散乱させる、
装置と、
前記装置の挿入及び光照射の後に、外科的に形成された生体腔に挿入されるインプラントと、を有する、
キット。 - 前記装置は、前記膜の内部容積に結合されたアクセスポートをさらに備え、
前記アクセスポートは、前記膜中への前記流体の導入および前記膜からの前記流体の排出の少なくとも一方を容易化するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のキット。 - 前記装置は、前記アクセスポートに結合された弁をさらに備える、
請求項1または2に記載のキット。 - 前記装置は、圧力除去機構をさらに備える、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記膜は、弾性材料から形成される、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記流体は、溶液、懸濁液、および乳濁液の少なくとも一つである、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記膜の内部容積に結合される隔膜をさらに備え、
前記隔膜は、前記膜の内部容積中へ前記発光器を導入しやすくするように構成される、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記発光器は、LEDおよび光ファイバの遠位端領域の少なくとも一方を有する、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記ローズベンガルは、前記膜が前記腔内に配置されると、前記腔の内面上に制御可能に放出され得る形で与えられる、
請求項8に記載のキット。 - 前記装置は、冷却チャンバをさらに備える、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記装置は、スペーシング機構をさらに備える、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記発光器は、前記流体の少なくとも一部の内部において化学発光反応を受けることが可能であり、および/または当該反応を活性化させることが可能である1つ以上の物質を有する、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記発光器は、前記膜の少なくとも一部の上において化学発光反応を受けることが可能であり、および/または当該反応を活性化させることが可能である1つ以上の物質を有する、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記流体は、乳濁液、溶液、または、懸濁液である、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記流体は、酸化チタンを含む、
請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載のキット。 - 前記インプラントは、乳房インプラントである、
請求項1に記載のキット。 - 前記装置は、豊胸手術の処置において使用される組織拡張器である、
請求項16に記載のキット。 - 前記インプラントは、ペースメーカ、整形外科的プロテーゼ、カメラ、および光学走査装置からなる群から選択される、
