本説明は色情報に関する。一例は、ディスプレイを有するコンピューティングデバイスと、動作環境から色をキャプチャするように構成されるデジタルスタイラスとを含むことができる。デジタルスタイラスは、個々の色に関連するデータを動作環境からコンピューティングデバイスへ無線で通信するように構成され得る。コンピューティングデバイスは、個々の色のコンテキストを識別し、個々の色及びコンテキストに基づいてコンピューティングデバイスを制御するように構成され得る。
色スタイルに関する技術、方法、デバイス、システム等を構造的特徴及び/又は方法的動作に固有の言葉で説明したが、添付の特許請求の範囲において定義される主題は、必ずしも、説明される固有の特徴又は動作に限定されない。むしろ、固有の特徴及び動作は、特許請求に係る方法、デバイス、システム等を実装する例示の形として開示される。
Claims (15)
- グラフィカルユーザインタフェースを提示するように構成されたディスプレイを有するコンピューティングデバイスと;
センサを有し、該センサにより動作環境内の物体から色をキャプチャし、該キャプチャされた色に関するデータを前記コンピューティングデバイスに無線通信するように構成されるデジタルスタイラスと;
を具備するシステムであって、
前記コンピューティングデバイスは、前記デジタルスタイラスが前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェース上で描画アプリケーションに係合しているかどうかを判断し、
前記デジタルスタイラスが前記描画アプリケーションに係合している場合には、前記キャプチャされた色で前記描画アプリケーションの一部を装飾し、
前記デジタルスタイラスが前記描画アプリケーションに係合していない場合には、前記キャプチャされた色が前記コンピューティングデバイスに関連する制御機能にマップされているかどうかを識別し、前記コンピューティングデバイスに対する前記制御機能を実施する、
ように構成される、
システム。 - 前記制御機能は、前記キャプチャされた色に以前にマップされたデータアイテムを取り出すことを含む、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記デジタルスタイラスは、前記物体の表面に対する前記デジタルスタイラスの傾斜及び/又は回転に応答して前記キャプチャされた色を調整するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピューティングデバイスは、前記ディスプレイに対する前記デジタルスタイラスの近接性を検出し、前記色を前記ディスプレイ上の位置に相関させるように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピューティングデバイスは、前記ディスプレイ上の前記位置のコンテキストに基づいて前記コンピューティングデバイスを制御するように構成される、
請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピューティングデバイスは、ユーザ入力に応答して前記キャプチャされた色を前記制御機能にマップするように更に構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピューティングデバイスは、タブレット型のコンピューティングデバイス又はノートブック型のコンピューティングデバイスである、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピューティングデバイスは、前記キャプチャされた色のコンテキストを識別し、前記キャプチャされた色に基づいて前記コンピューティングデバイスを制御するように構成される色コンポーネントを更に含み、該色コンポーネントは、前記コンピューティングデバイスにインストールされるアプリケーション、アプリケーションの一部又はオペレーティングシステムの一部である、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - コンピューティングデバイスであって、
ディスプレイと;
プロセッサと;
前記プロセッサによって実行されると、前記プロセッサに、
ユーザが当該コンピューティングデバイスによって実行される機能に色をマップすることを可能にするグラフィカルユーザインタフェース(GUI)を、前記ディスプレイ上に生成させ、
デジタルスタイラスを介して前記ユーザからの色入力を無線で受け取らせ、
前記デジタルスタイラスが前記GUI上で描画アプリケーションに係合しているかどうかを判断させ、
前記デジタルスタイラスが前記描画アプリケーションに係合している場合には、前記色入力で前記描画アプリケーションの一部を装飾させ、
前記デジタルスタイラスが前記描画アプリケーションに係合していない場合には、前記色入力が当該コンピューティングデバイスに関連する制御機能にマップされているかどうかを判断させ、当該コンピューティングデバイス上で前記制御機能を実施させる、
命令を有するコンピュータ読取可能記憶媒体と;
を具備する、
コンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記制御機能は、前記色入力に関連付けられるように以前に設計された特定のアプリケーションを起動することを伴う、
請求項9に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記デジタルスタイラスを介して前記ユーザからの前記色入力を無線で受け取るように構成される通信コンポーネントを更に備える、
請求項9に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記ディスプレイはタッチセンサ式ディスプレイであり、当該コンピューティングデバイスは、前記デジタルスタイラスが前記タッチセンサ式ディスプレイに接触するときに前記色入力を無線で受け取るように構成される、
請求項11に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 当該コンピューティングデバイスは、前記デジタルスタイラスが前記ディスプレイに近接するが接触していないときに前記色入力を無線で受け取るように構成される、
請求項11に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記GUIは、前記ユーザが第1の色を入力して、前記第1の色についての第1の機能を定義し、第2の色を入力して、前記第2の色についての第2の機能を定義することを可能にするように構成される、
請求項9に記載のコンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記特定のアプリケーションは電子メールアプリケーションである、
