Description
・柔軟性シースによって、柔軟性シース内に配置された伝動マンドリンによって、伝動マンドリンの近位領域が固定されるハンドルによって、且つ伝動マンドリンの遠位端に接続されたツールによって形成される柔軟性摘出器と、
・柔軟性摘出器の柔軟性シースを中に配置できる剛性チューブを有する補強装置と、
・柔軟性摘出器を補強装置に接続するための接続手段と、
を有する。
Claims (14)
- 患者から異物を摘出するための摘出装置(10)であって、
・柔軟性シース(14)によって、前記柔軟性シース(14)内に配置された伝動マンドリン(16)によって、前記伝動マンドリン(16)の近位領域が固定されたハンドル(15)によって、且つ、前記伝動マンドリン(16)の遠位端に接続されたツールによって形成される柔軟性摘出器(11)と、
・前記柔軟性摘出器(11)の前記柔軟性シース(14)を中に配置できる剛性チューブ(22)を有する補強装置(12)と、
・前記柔軟性摘出器(11)を前記補強装置(12)に着脱可能に接続するための接続手段(13)と、
を有し、
前記ハンドル(15)は、前記柔軟性シース(14)を固定する遠位部分(17)と、前記伝動マンドリンを固定する近位部分(18)とを有し、前記遠位部分及び前記近位部分が互いに対して移動可能であり、
前記ハンドル(15)は、前記接続手段の一部を形成する長手方向スリットを有することを特徴とする摘出装置。 - 前記伝動マンドリン(16)が前記柔軟性シース(14)内を滑動することと、前記伝動マンドリン(16)の前記近位領域が前記ハンドル(15)に剛性接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記接続手段(13)が、前記ハンドル(15)に剛性接続された少なくとも1つの弾性タブ(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記弾性タブ(20)に、前記補強装置(12)と協働する少なくとも1つの突起(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記補強装置(12)が、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)の前記柔軟性シース(14)を受入れることができる剛性チューブ(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記補強装置(12)が、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)の前記柔軟性シース(14)の一部を受入れるように設計された迂回部材(23)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記補強装置(12)が保持部材(26)を有し、前記保持部材(26)は前記剛性チューブ(22)に剛性接続され、且つ、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)を前記補強装置(12)に接続するための前記接続手段(13)の一部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記保持部材(26)が、前記ハンドル(15)に剛性接続された少なくとも1つの弾性タブ(20)の少なくとも1つの突起(21)と協働するように設計された少なくとも1つの切欠き(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記迂回部材(23)は、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)が前記補強装置(12)に取付けられるとき、前記ハンドル(15)の前記長手方向スリット(19)内に自身を位置決めするように位置付けられ且つ寸法を決められることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の摘出装置。
- 前記迂回部材(23)が、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)の前記柔軟性シース(14)の一部を受入れることができる内側チャネル(24)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の摘出装置。
- 柔軟性摘出器(11)と協働するように意図された補強装置(12)であって、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)の柔軟性シース(14)を受入れることができる剛性チューブ(22)と、前記柔軟性シース(14)の一部を受入れるように設計された迂回部材(23)と、前記補強装置(12)を前記柔軟性摘出器(11)に着脱可能に接続するための接続手段(13)とを有することを特徴とする補強装置(12)。
- 前記迂回部材(23)が、内側チャネル(24)を有するリングによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の補強装置。
- 前記迂回部材(23)が、前記補強装置(12)及び前記柔軟性摘出器(11)を剛性接続するような方法で前記柔軟性摘出器(11)のハンドル(15)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の補強装置。
- 前記柔軟性摘出器(11)及び前記迂回部材(23)は、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)が前記補強装置(12)の中に導入されているとき、前記柔軟性摘出器(11)及び前記補強装置(12)の組立品が剛性ネフロスコープとしての使用と互換性がある長さを有するような相対長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の補強装置。
