Claims (26)
- 多数の粒子から成る粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料であって、前記粒子は、コア(1、11、21、31、51)および前記コア(1、11、21、31、51)から延びる少なくとも6つのピン(2、12、22、32、52)から成り、前記ピン(2、12、22、32、52)の各々は、少なくとも1つの結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)を有し、更に前記ピン(2、12、22、32、52)は弾性的に変形可能であるので、複数の粒子が圧縮されると、異なる粒子の前記結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)が互いに連結および/またはスナップインし、互いに連結および/またはスナップインした粒子の開放細孔体を形成し、
連結するときに、粒子を更に一緒に圧縮するとピンが次いで互いに移動可能であるが、もはや互いから容易には離れることができないように、粒子のピンの結合要素の突起物は、隣接粒子のピン上の結合要素の突起物、把持面またはアンダーカットと係合し、スナップインするときに、粒子がもはや互いから容易には離れることができないが、粒子をさらに移動させても、当該粒子の変形を生じさせることなしにもはや互いに向けて移動させることができないように、粒子のピンの結合要素は、隣接粒子のピンの結合要素と適切に係合する、ことを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。 - 請求項1に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)は、マッシュルーム(4、14、34、54)、フック(25、35)、アンダーカット(37)および/またはスナップイン要素(54、57)であることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1または2に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は球状であることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子のピン(2、12、22、32、52)は、前記コア(1、11、21、31、51)から放射状に延びることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)は、前記ピン(2、12、22、32、52)のジャケット面に提供されることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、互いに圧縮される前記粒子は、互いに不可逆的に連結および/またはスナップインされることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、10mm以下の最大断面を有することを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、1つのピン(2、12、22、32、52)に存在する前記少なくとも1つの結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)のうち少なくとも1つは、円錐台の形状を有し、前記ピン(2、12、22、32、52)の縦軸は前記円錐台の縦軸と一致し、前記円錐台のジャケットは、前記コア(1、11、21、31、51)から離れた外側に面していることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、1つのピン(2、12、22、32、52)に存在する前記少なくとも1つの結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)のうち少なくとも1つは、フック(25、35)の形で、あるいはマッシュルームヘッド(4、14、34、54)として提供されることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記ピン(2、12、22、32、52)は、前記コア(1、11、21、31、51)と前記少なくとも1つの結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54)のうち少なくとも1つとの間に、追加の結合要素(57)として周方向溝(57)を含んでおり、他の粒子の結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54)は、前記結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54)が前記ピン(2、12、22、32、52)に沿ってそれ以上移動できないように、前記溝に連結またはスナップインできることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記ピン(2、12、22、32、52)のジャケット面に、少なくとも2つの結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)が連続して配列してあることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、球状、豆形状、直方体形状、立方体形状および/または多面体であることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、1mm超の最大断面を有することを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、生体適合性のプラスチック材料、ステンレス鋼、チタン、チタン合金、タンタル、タンタル合金または前記材料の複合体で作られることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、粒子の近接ピン(2、12、22、32、52)は互いに距離に位置しているので、前記粒子のピン(2、12、22、32、52)は、他の粒子の結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)との連結および/またはスナップインによる弾性的変形の後、他の2つの粒子と少なくとも2つの連結および/またはスナップイン結合ができることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、生体適合性ポリマーおよび/またはオリゴマーの水溶液または非水溶液に懸濁しており、前記粒子と前記溶液は一緒に糊状の塊を形成することを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、室温で疎水性の低分子量液に懸濁しており、前記粒子と前記液体は一緒に糊状の塊を形成することを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、無機または有機粒状骨置換材料および/または自家海綿骨、または同種異系の海綿骨と混合されることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、1つまたはそれ以上の医薬品を含む生体適合性の液体に懸濁され、前記1つまたはそれ以上の医薬品は、前記液体に懸濁および/または溶解されることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、抗生物質、ビスホスホネート、ステロイド、非ステロイド性抗炎症薬、成長因子および細胞増殖抑制剤の群から選ばれる1つまたはそれ以上の医薬品でコーティングされていることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子は、前記コア(1、11、21、31、51)から延びる少なくとも14のピン(2、12、22、32、52)から成ることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒子で形成される開放細孔体の細孔は相互連結し骨伝導性であることを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料において、前記粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料は前記粒子の他に少なくとも1つのプレートを含み、前記少なくとも1つのプレートは、平面構造体(41)および前記少なくとも1つのプレートの平面構造体(41)から延びる複数のプレート側ピン(42)を含み、前記プレート側ピン(42)は各々前記粒子の結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)と同様に設計された少なくとも1つのプレート側結合要素(44、45)を含むので、前記粒子および前記少なくとも1つのプレートは、種々のプレートおよび粒子の結合要素を圧縮することにより連結および/またはスナップインされ、前記互いに連結および/またはスナップインされた前記プレートおよび粒子は、互いに連結および/またはスナップインされたプレートおよび粒子の開放細孔体を形成することを特徴とする、粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料。
- 請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の粒状アロプラスチック骨置換材料から作られる物体を形成する方法であって、前記粒子は互いに圧縮されることにより、互いに連結および/またはスナップインされて開放細孔体を形成することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項24に記載の方法において、前記粒子は互いに圧縮する前に、互いに接触させることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項24または25に記載の方法において、前記粒子は、その結合要素(4、14、25、34、35、37、54、57)を第2骨置換材料の細孔とスナップインおよび/または連結させることにより、前記第2骨置換材料の多孔性三次元体に結合されており、および/または前記粒子は、プレート側結合要素(44、45)を含む複数のプレート側ピン(42)から成る第3平面骨置換材料に結合されていることを特徴とする、方法。
