Description
化剤入り希釈液で希釈して血液成分の濃度を低下させる。これにより、血液成分に光を照
射したときに、光活性化ウイルス不活化剤に光が当たり易くなるので、血液成分に含まれ
るウイルスの不活化処理の効率が向上する。したがって、血液から分離した血液成分に対
して短時間でウイルス不活化処理を行うことができる。また、一旦は希釈して濃度が低下した血液成分について、所望の濃度に調整したうえで採取できる。
化剤入り希釈液で希釈して血液成分の濃度を低下させる。これにより、血液成分に光を照
射したときに、光活性化ウイルス不活化剤に光が当たり易くなるので、血液成分に含まれ
るウイルスの不活化処理の効率が向上する。したがって、血液から分離した血液成分に対
して短時間でウイルス不活化処理を行うことができる。
上記課題を解決するためになされた本発明の他の態様は、血液成分分離方法において、供血者より採取した血液を遠心分離させて血液成分を分離する血液成分分離工程と、前記血液成分分離工程にて分離された前記血液成分を光活性化ウイルス不活化剤入り希釈液で希釈する希釈工程と、希釈された前記血液成分に光を照射してウイルス不活化処理を行う血液成分ウイルス不活化工程と、前記ウイルス不活化処理が行われた前記血液成分の濃度を調整する濃度調整工程と、を有し、前記濃度調整工程では、フィルタに前記血液成分を導入して前記フィルタに前記血液成分を捕捉させた後、前記フィルタに対して液性成分を逆流させて前記フィルタに捕捉された前記血液成分を回収することにより、前記血液成分の濃度を調整すること、を特徴とする。

- 供血者より採取した血液を遠心分離させて血液成分を分離する血液成分分離部と、
前記血液成分分離部にて分離された前記血液成分を光活性化ウイルス不活化剤入り希釈液で希釈する希釈部と、
希釈された前記血液成分に光を照射してウイルス不活化処理を行う血液成分ウイルス不活化部と、
前記ウイルス不活化処理が行われた前記血液成分の濃度を調整する濃度調整部と、を有し、
前記濃度調整部は、前記血液成分を遠心分離させることにより、前記血液成分の濃度を調整すること、

前記血液成分分離部にて分離した血漿に対してウイルス不活化処理を行う血漿ウイルス不活化部、および、前記血液成分分離部にて分離した血小板に対してウイルス不活化処理を行う血小板ウイルス不活化部の少なくとも一方を有すること、
を特徴とする血液成分分離装置。 - 供血者より採取した血液を遠心分離させて血液成分を分離する血液成分分離工程と、
前記血液成分分離工程にて分離された前記血液成分を光活性化ウイルス不活化剤入り希釈液で希釈する希釈工程と、
希釈された前記血液成分に光を照射してウイルス不活化処理を行う血液成分ウイルス不活化工程と、
前記ウイルス不活化処理が行われた前記血液成分の濃度を調整する濃度調整工程と、を有し、
前記濃度調整工程では、前記血液成分を遠心分離させることにより、前記血液成分の濃度を調整すること、
を特徴とする血液成分分離方法。 - 供血者より採取した血液を遠心分離させて血液成分を分離する血液成分分離工程と、
前記血液成分分離工程にて分離された前記血液成分を光活性化ウイルス不活化剤入り希釈液で希釈する希釈工程と、
希釈された前記血液成分に光を照射してウイルス不活化処理を行う血液成分ウイルス不活化工程と、
前記ウイルス不活化処理が行われた前記血液成分の濃度を調整する濃度調整工程と、を有し、
前記濃度調整工程では、フィルタに前記血液成分を導入して前記フィルタに前記血液成分を捕捉させた後、前記フィルタに対して液性成分を逆流させて前記フィルタに捕捉された前記血液成分を回収することにより、前記血液成分の濃度を調整すること、
を特徴とする血液成分分離方法。
