Claims (9)

使い捨ての流体回路は、
全血源に接続される全血入口を有する全血流体流路と;
外側ハウジングと、ハウジングに対する相対的な回転のためにハウジング内に搭載される内側ロータとを含み、隙間がロータの外側表面とハウジングの内側表面との間に規定され、ロータの外側表面とハウジングの内側表面の少なくとも1つが血漿は通過させるが細胞成分は実質的に阻止するように構成されたフィルタ膜を備え、膜は平滑な表面と公称直径2.0μm以下の実質的に直線状の孔を有し、外側ハウジングは全血および/または細胞貯蔵液流路と流体連通にあり、全血および/または細胞貯蔵液を隙間の内部に向かって導くために隙間と流れ連通にある入口を含み、ハウジングは隙間と連通する出口を含み、ハウジングおよび/またはロータは膜において隙間と反対の側と連通する出口を含む、分離器と;そして
貯蔵容器に接続される出口流体流路と流体連通するように隙間と連通するハウジング出口
とを含む、自動化された全血分離システム。 - 膜の孔は0.6μm〜0.8μmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 膜はポリカーボネートまたはポリフッ化ビニリデンを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のシステム。
- (a)全血源を提供することと;
(b)間に隙間を規定するように離間された一対の相対的に回転する表面を含み、少なくとも表面の1つは血漿を通過させるが実質的に細胞成分の通過を妨げる膜を備え、膜は平滑な表面と公称直径が2.0μm以下の実質的に直線状の孔を有する分離器を備える血液分離回路を提供することと;
(c)血漿に膜を通過させ、細胞成分を阻止するために、全血を採取されたユニットから隙間に流すことと;
(d)濃縮された赤血球を隙間から引きだすこと
を含む、全血からの血漿の回転膜ろ過の間にファウリングと補体蛋白質活性化を制御する方法。 - 膜の孔は0.6μm〜0.8μmの直径を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 膜はポリカーボネートまたはポリフッ化ビニリデンを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 全血源と接続するための全血入口を有する全血流体流路と;

貯蔵容器と接続するために出口流体流路と流れ連通にあるように隙間と連通するハウジング出口とを備える、
全血を血漿成分と濃縮された赤血球成分とに分離するための予め組み立てられた使い捨て流体流回路。 - 膜の孔は0.6μm〜0.8μmの直径を有する、請求項7に記載の予め組み立てられた使い捨て流体流回路。
