Description
Claims (6)
- 使い捨ての流体流回路と、前記流体回路を通る流れと協働し制御する耐久性の制御部とを備え、
前記使い捨ての流体回路は、
全血源に接続される全血入口を有する全血流体流路と;
外側ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに対する相対的な回転のために前記ハウジング内に搭載される内側ロータとを含み、隙間が前記ロータの外側表面と前記ハウジングの内側表面との間に規定され、前記ロータの外側表面と前記ハウジングの内側表面の少なくとも1つが血漿は通過させるが細胞成分は実質的に阻止するように構成された血漿交換のフィルタ膜を備え、前記膜はポリカーボネートを含み、平滑な表面とランダムに与えられた公称直径2.0μm以下の実質的に直線状の円筒形の孔を有し、前記孔は、トラックエッチング処理によって形成されたものであり、前記外側ハウジングは前記全血および/または細胞貯蔵液流路と流体連通にあり、全血および/または細胞貯蔵液を前記隙間の内部に向かって導くために前記隙間と流れ連通にある入口を含み、前記ハウジングは前記隙間と連通する出口を含み、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記ロータは前記膜において前記隙間と反対の側と連通する出口を含む、分離器とを含み;そして
前記ハウジングの出口は、貯蔵容器に接続される出口流体流路と流体連通するように前記隙間と連通している、自動化された全血分離システム。 - 前記膜の前記孔は0.6μm〜0.8μmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- (a)前もって採集された全血源を提供することと;
(b)間に隙間を規定するように離間された一対の相対的に回転する表面を含み、少なくとも前記表面の1つは血漿を通過させるが実質的に細胞成分の通過を妨げる血漿交換の膜を備え、前記膜はポリカーボネートを含み、平滑な表面とランダムに与えられた公称直径が2.0μm以下の実質的に直線状の円筒形の孔を有し、前記孔はトラックエッチング処理によって形成されたものである分離器を備える血液分離回路を提供することと;
(c)血漿に前記膜を通過させ、細胞成分を阻止するために、全血を採取されたユニットから前記隙間に流すことと;
(d)濃縮された赤血球を前記隙間から引きだすこと
を含む、全血からの血漿の回転膜ろ過の間におけるファウリングと補体蛋白質活性化の制御を含む、赤血球製品を製造する方法。 - 膜の孔は0.6μm〜0.8μmの直径を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 全血源と接続するための全血入口を有する全血流体流路と;
外側ハウジングと前記ハウジングに対する相対的な回転のための前記ハウジング内に搭載された内側ロータとを含み、隙間が前記ロータの外側表面と前記ハウジングの内側表面との間に規定され、前記ロータの外側表面と前記ハウジングの内側表面の少なくとも1つが血漿は通過させるが細胞成分は実質的に阻止するように構成された血漿交換のろ過膜を備え、前記膜は、ポリカーボネートを含み、平滑な表面と公称直径が2.0μm以下の実質的に直線状の円筒形の孔を有し、前記孔はトラックエッチング処理によって形成されたものであり、前記外側ハウジングは前記全血および/または細胞貯蔵液流路と流体連通にあり、全血および/または細胞貯蔵液を前記隙間内に向かって導くために前記隙間と流れ連通にある入口を含み、前記ハウジングは前記隙間と連通する出口を含み、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記ロータは前記膜において前記隙間と反対の側と連通する出口を含む、分離器とを備え;そして
前記ハウジングの出口は、貯蔵容器と接続するために出口流体流路と流れ連通にあるように前記隙間と連通されている、
全血を血漿成分と濃縮された赤血球成分とに分離するための予め組み立てられた使い捨て流体流回路。 - 膜の孔は0.6μm〜0.8μmの直径を有する、請求項5に記載の予め組み立てられた使い捨て流体流回路。
