Claims (2)
- 脳内の内因性神経栄養因子又は神経変性疾患関連蛋白質の発現量を調整する超音波刺激ヘルメット(100)であって、
患者の頭部に装着可能であり、前額頭囲調整ボタン(12)、後脳頭囲調整ボタン(13)、固定フレーム(14)及び複数の位置調整ボタン(15)を備える本体(1)と、
取り外し可能に前記本体に架設されて超音波を発生させる7個の超音波プローブ(2)であって、前記7個の超音波プローブが、それぞれ超音波プローブの出力周波数及び出力強度を調整する周波数調整ボタン及び強度調整ボタンを備え、その他の超音波パラメータ及び前記7個の超音波プローブ(2)のそれぞれ自身の角度についても調整可能である、7個の超音波プローブ(2)と、を含み、
前記固定フレーム(14)は、患者の頭部寸法に合わせて前記本体(1)の長さを調整可能であり、且つ、
前記7個の超音波プローブ(2)は、それぞれが該患者の頭部に対して上下左右に移動可能となるように、それぞれ前記本体(1)の位置調整ボタン(15)に接続され、更に、患者の頭部の眼窩(trans−orbital)(21)、前頭−側頭皮質(frontal−temporal cortex)(22)、太陽穴(temporal window)(23)、下顎(sub−mandibular)(24)及び後頭下(sub−occipital)(25)に対応した位置に配置され、
前記7個の超音波プローブ(2)は、前記7個の超音波プローブ(2)のそれぞれをオン/オフするためのスイッチを更に含み、
前記超音波の出力周波数は20KHz〜10MHzであり、
前記超音波の出力強度(I SPTA )は1mW/cm 2 〜10W/cm 2 であることを特徴とする超音波刺激ヘルメット(100)。 - 前記本体(1)は、前記7個の超音波プローブ(2)の配線が固定される配線固定部(11)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波刺激ヘルメット(100)。
