Claims (14)
- 医療画像診断用のX線撮影装置(200)であって、
柱(240)と、
第1X線源(224)及びX線撮影検出器装置(226)を備える回転部(220)と、
前記回転部を支持するための上側シェルフ(250)と、を備え、
前記第1X線源及び前記検出器装置は、前記回転部の回転軸線(222)まわりの少なくとも回転移動(R)によって画像を提供するように構成されており、
前記上側シェルフは、前記回転部が直線移動(L)によって該上側シェルフに対して移動することを可能にし、
前記上側シェルフは、ピボットジョイント(252)で前記柱に取り付けられており、
前記ピボットジョイントは、前記上側シェルフの前記柱まわりでの回動(P)を可能にするものであり、
該装置が、撮影対象の患者(201)を支持するためのセファロ用患者支持体(268,269)を有するセファロヘッド(262)をさらに備えるとき、該装置のアーム(261)に取り付けられた該装置の第2X線源(265)が、前記検出器装置とともにセファロ画像を提供することを特徴とする、X線撮影装置。 - 前記回転部が、前記セファロ画像の制作用のセファロコリメータ(266)を備え、前記回転部が前記回動によって前記セファロヘッドの上方に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記セファロヘッドの上方における前記回転部の位置が、セファロ画像の制作のために前記回転移動及び前記直線移動によってさらに調整される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記回転部が、前記直線移動及び前記回動によって撮影中に移動せしめられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1X線源と前記検出器装置が、パノラマ画像及びコンピュータ断層撮影画像の少なくとも一方を提供する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- パノラマ撮影及び/又はコンピュータ断層撮影の少なくとも一方のために撮影対象の患者(201)を位置決めするための下側シェルフ(242)を更に備え、前記回転部が前記下側シェルフの上方に位置決めされる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記柱が、前記回転部の高さ(Z)を適合化する高さ適合化手段を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記セファロヘッドを取り付けるための第1アーム(260)をさらに備え、取り付けられた前記第2X線源(265)を備えるアームが第2アーム(261)である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2X線源が照射野限定器(267)を備え、前記第2X線源が、その回転軸線(264)の周りで回転することによって、又は前記照射野限定器を移動させることによって走査移動(S)を実施する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第2X線源の前記回転軸線が前記第2X線源の焦点を通過する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第2X線源が、前記第2X線源に取り付けられた前記照射野限定器を移動させることによって前記走査移動を実施し、前記検出器装置が、前記セファロ撮影中に前記回転移動、前記直線移動、及び前記回動によって前記第2X線源と同期的に移動する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮影装置(200)を使って医療用の撮影を行う方法であって、
セファロ用患者支持体(268,269)を有するセファロヘッド(262)によって支持された患者(201)からのセファロ画像を、第2X線源(265)とX線撮影検出器(226)とによって、提供する段階と、含む方法。 - コンピュータにおいて実行されるとき請求項12に記載の方法を実施するように構成されたコンピュータプログラム(289)。
- 請求項13のコンピュータプログラム(289)を含む、有形不揮発性コンピュータ可読媒体。
