Claims (7)
- 心肺蘇生(CPR)の実施中に心律動分析を実施するための医療デバイスであって、前記医療デバイスは、
第1のECGデータセットと第2のECGデータセットとを含む、2つ以上の時系列ECGデータセットを取得するように動作可能なフロントエンドと、
前記時系列ECGデータセットと時間的に対応する2つ以上の時系列CPR基準信号データセットを獲得する入力部と、
前記入力部と通信するCPR検出器と、
前記ECGデータセットそれぞれを分析して、ショック勧告又はショック不可勧告として分類するショック勧告アルゴリズムモジュールと、
ショック決定又はショック不可決定を生成するショック決定生成器と、
前記ショック決定又は前記ショック不可決定のユーザが知覚可能な指標を発出するための出力発生器と
を備える医療デバイスにおいて、
前記医療デバイスは、CPRの実施中に前記心律動分析の信頼性を判断するためのデバイスであり、
前記CPR検出器は、前記ECGデータセットそれぞれがCPR関連の雑音を含むか否かを検出する胸部圧迫検出器であり、
前記ショック勧告アルゴリズムモジュールは、前記フロントエンド及び前記胸部圧迫検出器と通信し、前記胸部圧迫検出器が、前記ECGデータセットそれぞれが前記CPR関連の雑音を含まないことを検出した場合に、前記ECGデータセットそれぞれの分析を行い、
前記医療デバイスは、
前記胸部圧迫検出器及び前記ショック勧告アルゴリズムモジュールと通信する、直近の前記ショック勧告又は前記ショック不可勧告の信頼性を判断する信頼性分析器を更に備え、前記ショック決定生成器は、前記信頼性分析器及び前記ショック勧告アルゴリズムモジュールと通信し、前記出力発生器は、前記ショック勧告及び前記ショック勧告の信頼性に基づく前記ショック決定、又は、前記ショック不可勧告及び前記ショック不可勧告の信頼性に基づく前記ショック不可決定を示す、ユーザが知覚可能な指標を発出することを特徴とする、医療デバイス。 - 前記医療デバイスが除細動装置である、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記信頼性分析器が、現在のECGデータセットからの前記ショック勧告若しくはショック不可勧告、前のECGデータセットからの前記ショック勧告若しくはショック不可勧告、前のECGデータセットでの胸部圧迫ステータス、及び/又は前のECGデータセットからの信頼性スコアを用いて、現在のECGデータセットに関する信頼性スコアを、決定して更新する、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記入力部において獲得する信号が、胸部インピーダンス信号、加速度計、力センサ、又は自動CPR機からの圧迫ステータス信号からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 後の検索のために、前記ショック勧告アルゴリズムモジュール及び前記信頼性分析器の出力を記憶するメモリを更に備える、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ショック勧告アルゴリズムモジュールが、前記ECGデータセットそれぞれを分析して、前記ショック勧告、前記ショック不可勧告、又は、アーチファクトとして分類する、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記出力発生器が、判断された信頼性に基づいて、前記ショック決定又は前記ショック不可決定の信頼性の前記指標を表示するディスプレイを備え、表示された信頼性スコアが、
前記ショック決定又は前記ショック不可決定が高信頼性であるか否かのテキスト指標、及び/又は
3セグメントバーグラフィックの1つのセグメントを指すポインタグラフィックとして配設されたグラフィカルインジケータであって、前記セグメントの1つが、高信頼性の前記ショック不可決定を示し、前記セグメントの別の1つが、低信頼性の前記ショック決定又は前記ショック不可決定を示し、前記セグメントの別の1つが、高信頼性の前記ショック決定を示す、当該グラフィカルインジケータ
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の医療デバイス。
